The drive thru lines are long but they have definitely figured out how to move the lines quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately they got rid of their kids play place.

I had a mobile order and she pronounced my name wrong which is totally fine that doesn’t bother me at all but I corrected her so she knew I was picking my order up and she just said the name she said before and I told her again my name and she still didn’t correct it so I told her a third time and she laughed and said it wrong. I don’t know if she was trying to be funny or not but if I ask you to promise my name you hear me and you understand how to say it why wouldn’t you say it the correct way. The food was great just wasn’t the best service. Definitely need to get the act right again.
Went through the drive thru and the employee would not hand me my food unless I moved up past the window, he held my food in his hand while walking away and telling me to keep moving. If he handed me my food I would’ve left the line. He and the manager is more concerned about drive thru times than actually properly serving a paying customer. Once I received my food he looked at the manager and laughed. I am very upset, I have NEVER been to a chik fil a that is like this. Next time corporate will receive a phone call. Most of the reviews on this site is inaccurate and most likely coming from employees. AS YOU CAN SEE. CORPORATE NOR THE MANAGER HAS RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Fast friendly service. It was raining and they still had people out side making life easy on customers.Parking: Parking lot is full and shares with a Lowe's so you will find a spot but it's tight.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple spots ♿ but taken up fast.
Terrible experience. The only thing I wanted on the menu was two spicy chicken biscuits and they told me they gave my order to someone else and that they couldn’t make anymore breakfast sandwiches. Don’t come here. They don’t give a care and their customer service is awful.
