I know that this is at the corporate level, but the decision to no longer post the prices for any of the chips or drinks is… Messed up. And you’re putting your cashiers in the line of fire when they ring up a a drink and the customer discovers at the last moment that they’re charging over three dollars for a bottle of soda.

The amount of food for the price is okay but they trick you by not telling you about what is an extra charge. I asked how much is a bowl, the answer was it depends on the meat. Ranges from $9-15 depending on meat. Was charged an extra $0.50 for a tiny ladle of queso. Then picked some toppings.Picked a 9.99 bowl. How did it get to $14.35?

The service and food here is wildly inconsistent. A few months ago I would have recommended this location but recently it has gotten to the point that calling it the Subway of Mexican food is an insult to Subway. This place doesn't understand the point of mobile ordering either. Why am I telling you my name so that you can start my order when I ordered it 10 minutes ago on the app? The portions of food have clearly suffered from shrinkflation also. Last order I had to make sure that rice was added to my bowl on the receipt because it was lacking so badly I thought I made a mistake and didn't add it. Only good thing I can say is that the service and food now match the atmosphere of the dining room which is an unfinished dingy wet warehouse masquerading as a Chipotle.

Just as a heads up, this location is probably the worst I've visited in Delaware. Every time I go in, the customer facing employees are all pissed about something, the meat is dried out, ingredients are missing and the dining room is a mess. Chipotle is normally my go-to but any time I try this location (thinking the last experience could've just been a bad night) it's the same. I don't expect the place to be a 5 star restaurant, but when other locations seem to have it figured out, you can't help but compare. I hope corporate has a way to grade the stores so they can identify whatever the internal issue is. This is the only location in the area.

Why do they close so early , if they have 11:00 pm why are they cleaning up at 10:00 and removing all the meats , so only rice and lettuce that’s foul !!
