Absolutely love it here. So many special memories here. My son could go anywhere in the world and he's gonna choose Chuckee Cheese 9 times out of 10. We come to this one every weekend. Staff is so sweet, it's always busy but never tooo busy, I love the play as much as you want in an hour card. Too many pros, not many if any cons. Love it here

Definitely not how it used to be .. at all. The people working there don’t pay attention, have a good attitude , and should work on customer service . Went today with my family and don’t think I’ll be back .. I don’t see this place lasting any longer . Heard them talking about hours being cut and I definitely see why things aren’t getting better .

I never knew half of the things I could do with my account or how to use it for that matter. The manager Kyle in particular went above and beyond! We look forward to visiting even more now!

I have been there 3 times in the last 6 months for 3 separate birthday parties. The birthday children were ages 4, 10 and 5. Every. Sing. Party. Was a complete mess. The party host would either forget about the party all together or would be completely rude. The food was super expensive and slapped together. The salad bar was gross. And on top of all of that half the games didn't work! The children didn't have fun and the guest felt weird and in the way. I am here to warn you NOT to have a party here!

It's a great place to bring your child. However, some of the staff is too busy on their phones to notice you need assistance. Our food took exceptionally long but that was because management only had 1 person in the kitchen. The manager was too busy talking to notice. Like I stated, great place for kids but frustrating for adults that know what good customer service is about. The bathroom air dryers have as must air power as a gentle breeze and the paper towels were out.
