Food. Good

The crab poboy was not good. My niece agreed. We had a party of 13. It was well accommodated. I should have stuck to shrimp. The boil bag was great. They only had one server. It was some arguments with the staff when we first came in. Somebody in my party got sick. I do not think it was due to the restaurant. I think it was due to some seasonings used. Stall was broken and my family said the bathrooms were dirty. Heavily understaffed. I would eat here again but I would get something else. Raw oysters and coconut shrimp were delicious. Food overall was good 4/5.

My first clue should’ve been that the restaurant was completely empty at noon. My second should’ve been that my host had AirPods in and had a full conversation the entire time I waited to be seated and even during seating. After sitting for 10 minutes I had to go track them down to ask to be served. Now, admittedly I didn’t get a boil which I assume is their best feature, since it was lunch time but the service (or lack there of) was enough to put even the best seafood in a poor light. Add to the fact that their Caesar salad isn’t in fact a Caesar, and costs 5 dollars for sad iceberg lettuce and it leads to a very underwhelming experience unfortunately.

I ordered the seafood bag a plenty of times and it was great. This last time I ordered drove 20 minutes to my home just to have to come back because the seafood barely had sauce on it in the bag. I had to go rounds with the little young boy that worked the front desk in order to get sauce on my seafood. He was very rude and wanted to go word for word with me. Needless to say if I am going to pay 60 plus dollars on food I don't think I should have to be treated rudely about getting some of the butter sauce on my order. Not to mention the manager was just as bad. I will give my business to the other Seafood establishment up the street before I go back to them again.

I ordered delivery. My order was a crab po boy with sweet potato fries. Somewhere along the way crab meat with french fries was put into the tablet at the restaurant. So for 16.00 I got a layer of crab meat covered with a handful of fries. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said I couldn't be refunded, nor could they send me a correct order because I had it delivered. My only choice was to return what I got and get the correct order. I went in and showed him what had been delivered, which he took to the back. No apologies, nothing. At that point I was so irritated, I asked to see a manager, who I essentially forced to say sorry. Where I work, customer service is very important so the fact that no one was, at the very least, going to say sorry boggles my mind. The food was average. Definitely a one and done.

The food was terrible and don't get the oysters they were not blue points like advertised & opened way way before service had no taste even after hot sauce & were dry & the crab bisque was ok but the fried chicken was really stringy ! Tacos were ok ! The new owners took off the chicken but not the oysters but the bartender was friendly and kept us libated lol that was the only thing that kept us there! I will not go back!

Service was OK. Our server served us well but was rude to coworkers who was clearly working hard. I didn't like it. Food was good but doesn't steer towards what you may want more of. Me, Crab legs and they're was nothing that suited me.

I placed an order over the phone and had my husband pick it up. I was very specific when placing my order because last week they messed up. Once I opened the bag I realized the order was totally incorrect. I called the store to let them know and the young man refused to put a manger on the phone stating the manager is busy I told him I'd wait. Finally I spoke to a woman who said she was the assistant manager heard my concern stated I need to bring the receipt and food in for a correction. I asked for a few dollars in credit towards my next order which they refused. Needless to say my weekly crab dujour stops have ended. I refuse to spend my money with people that don't valve good customers.

Tried the fried fish and and Cajun fries. Both were good. The fish was seasoned well. I also ordered the crab bisque. I did not like the bisque, too much tomato paste in it. The man who waited on me was friendly and it was clean.
