okay so i wanted to order a churro signature ice latte and i wanted to add 2 cream and 3 sugar to my drink for it to taste sweet and the guy that was on the headset told me that i shouldn’t add all that stuff on there because he felt as though it was going to make my drink to thick and that it was no point in making it i told him it was okay and i still wanted the drink and he didn’t want to make it for me he said he advises against i felt like (he was very rude and short on the headset and i won’t be going there again ) . so i went to another one and they was very sweet and nice to me and made my drink how i wanted it and it wasn’t thick at all :)

This location by far is the worst in Dover. My food that I order is burnt like a damn rock 90% of the time. The coffee is like flipping a coin if it’s gonna be good or taste like cardboard. And I have to wait so damn long for anything. I’m absolutely never going to this location again. The Camden location by Walmart has been the most consistent location in the 6 years I’ve been stationed here. What a joke and a god damn insult to the brand.

Sooo I used to not be a cold coffee/iced coffee person...then Dunkin' came out with their own iced caramel macchiato and cold brew coffees... for one who will not drink a cold soda in the cold weather, give me an iced caramel macchiato from Dunkin, and a very happy person I will be! ?

Second time with an issue. First time, ordered caramel frozen coffee, they gave me another flavor. This time.. I ordered the same, walked in because the line to the drive thru was crazy long. Waited for my drink, girl makes it but never gives it to me so it sits in the blender. Everyone that came after was out before me. After 15 minutes, finally said something, then had to wait again. No ice in the machine so waited then the girl that was working the register made it for me. Another thing... Why do you not honor VETERANS in DELAWARE? Went to 3 different Dunkins & was told no so, I will bring my business to Starbuck's because they do honor VETERANS!

Drive through lady had an attitude before I even spoke. I ordered hash rounds and there was NO KETCHUP OR NAPKINS in the bag. Not to mention the burnt cheese on the egg and cheese wake up wraps. This happened on 10/23/23 around 10
