Let me start with I believe they have the BEST tacos in Dover. HOWEVER, after 3 yrs of patronage- THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE GOTTEN MY ORDER CORRECT. I tried calling only to be hung up on “because they were busy”. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again. I will NEVER recommend El Pipil to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You’ll end up doing timeI give them NEGATIVE 25 STARS

I've been coming here for years and know Freddy and his brother. They are the coolest people to talk to. They make u feel comfortable, their service is good, the waitresses are awesome and the food is" slap" ( that means very good for all who doesn't know what that means
