It is so noble that the owner of this franchise has chosen to exclusively hire the mentally handicapped to staff this location. While they might not get your order right the first, second, or third time, they will get there eventually with a smile and maybe a little drool on their faces.

I placed an order online at 5:42 pm at 6:07 pm it said the order was ready. I walked into the store at 6:10 pm and it was not ready. The guy at the front said it’s a 5-10 min wait, 45 minutes later after asking 3 times where is my order still nothing. The store was packed with customers waiting 30- 60 minutes on online orders. The cashier was taking cash payment's, taking phone orders and going in the back to make food without washing his hands. I asked for my money back and would not patronize that establishment ever again.They are incompetent and inconsiderate of customer service. The management was just as incompetent because instead of helping his staff get the orders that were waiting he is sitting in the background. Once customers started complaining of the wait time and getting upset he comes out with no apology for the inconvenience.

We get pizza here all the time. You can order it thru their app and when you get their it's in the hot box. We normally don't have to wait in line unless we are ordering something additional. After work hours is a busy time so you may have to wait but the pizza is good and they have inexpensive options.

They easily are able to take your take homes without investigation and once you have done your days without them and it's time to get them back u they do all these excuses and u wait weeks to get it approved. Place is so inconsistent and there's literally no helpful

It’s a solid store in a very central location. Solid customer service with solid food quality. Some sketchy characters walk in occasionally, but that’s just Dover. All in all, it’s a decent Little Caesar’s Franchise.

The app and portal said the food was ready but it wasn't ready or in the portal. There were multiple people inside waiting for their "ready" pizza. The pizza wasn't cut very well either.
When I called in to get my bread stick order the staff was confused but did EXACTLY what I wanted! Thank y'all so so much for my jalapeno cheddar Italian cheese bread! 100% thank y'all!

They need help! Please get more workers. Only 2 people in the store during dinner rush. Rude to every customer, on the phone while trying to make food, making the wrong food, not ringing people up correctly, the list goes on. I have never seen a pizza joint so messed up. The red head manager who was on the phone is crying while making pizza and yelling at customers. Hot and Ready? Hot but not Ready for about 45 minutes after being yelled at and watching the manager have a breakdown.

Coming from a place where there is a Little Caesars about every 5-10 miles it was strange to stop in an area where there was only one for almost 30 miles. I really wanted Italian Cheese Bread but I was told they didn't have it there. What I found odd was they had Pepperoni Cheese Bread- which is ICB with an added topping. It became a big effort to explain that I wanted Pepperoni CB hold the pepperoni so I just settled for a deep dish cheese and called it a day. I even tried to order it through the app and ICB wasn't available and the Pepperoni version wouldn't allow me to customize it. It would seem when you don't have any competition from other ones you can pick and choose what products you want to make.
