Worst McDonalds in Delaware. Horrible customer service from the General Manager of the store very disrespectful and rude. Food tasted very old and fries taste of old grease. Would never recommend this McDonalds !

Quick pit stop for breakfast is usually good and they have quite a variety.Parking: Easy in and out. Drive thru can be busy during meal hours.Kid-friendliness: They do cater to kids parties.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into store. Plenty of parking spots available.

I went through drive thru and waited 10 minutes for my food. NOTHING was fresh. I’m a former worker (not for this store) but I know this is just unacceptable. January 19th around 2 pm this is the type of service this store was giving out ?? old meat I KNOW been sitting .. the 1/4 meat was also scribbled up and OLD or burnt !! And is why they said I had to wait .. doesn’t make any sense. Thanks for messing up my lil sandwich I was so ready for it smhThis is a pic of the crusty Bacon McDouble n the bacon wasn’t even done smh

I stay in Dover and this is the only McDonald's I will go to... Mrs Tonya the morning manager is the best she runs a clean tight ship... u can tell the difference from your food quality when she's not there shoemaker sure the food is cooked done and it's not cold or missing items always great service. I been eating breakfast in the morning here for a year now ...

Spent the day (12•23•23) out shopping with my daughter, & stopped to eat.. We don't frequent Dover often these days, but in comparison to the McDonald's closer to our home, this particular one isn't all that great.. Especially food wise, & sorta the service as well.My little one wanted to order the Kerwin box.. mainly because the little chicken nugget toy they come with are actually pretty cute.. The actual nuggets tasted pretty yummy, & the fries were very hot, but could tell they weren't fresh. Seemed as if they reheated fries that had already been sitting out.. & to my 6-year-old daughter and I, the fries are what makes - or - breaks any trip to McDonald's.Atmosphere wise, not too shabby.... Though, ins-and-outs of the parking lot can be quite difficult to maneuver. But, the interior atmosphere is shockingly beautiful. I would honestly love to have the indoor decor in my own home.Vegetarian options: I think they offer salads....?I'm sure there are vegetarian options within the menu, but it's definitely not the place to go if a vegetarian menu is what you're seeking out.Parking: The ins-and-outs of the parking lot can be quite difficult to maneuver. It's just in one of those locations where you'd probably have to make at least one u-turn, coming or going. There's plenty of parking, but the lot is thin & pulling in and/or out of the parking lot, from the highway, can be difficult due to traffic.Kid-friendliness: There's no PlayPlace, unfortunately. But, the interior - tables & seating, are for sure kid-friendly. I'm a mama & of that, I approve.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking available.The main doors are not automatic, so it may be a bit difficult for wheelchair accessibility, but not impossible.
