Maybe it wasn't a good time. Been awhile. I wanted mcdonalds. Touch screen menu screens. Very modern. Thought it would be fast. Guess they were short staffed. Ordered cheeseburger and small fries. Ticket didn't print out so, still had to go to the staffless counter. Finally a person appears, sees the order. I get it 30 minutes later. It was a plain hamburger and fries. Won't be going back soon. Maybe later. Sorry. I really wanted McDonald's too.

The worst McDonald ever. I order lemonade and was given a “clear water” what the hell is that place. Never give me a receipt even though I asked for one, so I couldn’t return it.04/06/2024On this date I ordered (plain sundae, Big Mac, Oreo McFlurry Dr. p, 3 cookies, 2 apple pies) and was missing the ( pies). why is it always this place. It needs to be shutdown!!! Or hire better staff.

One thing I miss is the 90 second counter from years ago. Please pull up to space #1 so we can bring cold fries is the new mantra.Sometimes they are on the money, but most times I have to go back and get hot food.It's just attention to detail.

Ask for ketchup and buffalo sauce only way I can get it if I pay $.15 a pack not paying any money for ketchup is free everywhere with the purchase of meal.

It Just depends on the day. The AM shift usually has it together, and the next day messes up a order for sweet tea.
Worst experience last night with this place from myself and others. McDonald’s food is fast food it won’t look like the picture on the menu and I’m okay with that. But the card readers inside that myself and others had issue's, no receipt paper to notify the front counter as the screen says. And no one at the counter for long periods of time. The manger at the time allows a bunch of young kids to be loud and carrying on inside and outside in the parking lot constantly running in and out. Multiple messed up orders either missing items or completely didn’t receive items from myself and others either waiting inside or coming from drive thru. Sad to right this because I never used to have an issue with this location but more and more recently I’ve started to hate coming here.

GO TO BURGER KING!! Ordered 2 sandwhiches fries and a drink both sandwhiches bread was super crusty, ordered a burger with Xtra onions they gave me a PLAIN burger I asked for honey mustard as fast as they went back to the register to charge me for it they should have put it in the bag but they did not I ordered a not so smooth smoothie it was thicker than a chalky milkshake totally undrinkable. If I wasn't on lunch break I definitely would have sent it back for a refund DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE prices are too high for stale cold inedible food not to mention they CHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS YOU DONT RECIEVE! And don't give any napkins ketuchp nothing. I get it it's fast food but it's still supposed to be food my pets eat better than this slop they gave me

I order something simple every time and every time they mess it up!! I go right at lunch why is my food always luke warm?? My large drink not filled. One trip I went and the worker brought me the wrong food.. he went back and forth with me for a bit until I literally showed him my receipt. Then forgot my drink, oh I didn't see a drink. Goes and get my drink comes with a medium.. I paid for a large. Like wow!! This place got an upgrade in appearance but is trash in service!!
