I'm very new to Panda Express and out of the three times i.have gone, the food has been subpar. Either in.portion or preparation/taste. Last night I ordered a large plate opting for the chowmain.nodles an one of the entrees. When I got home to eat, the chow main was nothing but bits of cabbage with 3 noodles...yes 3 noodles. I dont.see a spot to post the picture so I'll put it on yelp.The only items that have consistently tasteful are the chicken. I options. The supergreens and rice are sometimes not seasoned. Perhaps the cooks aren't adhering to the recipe, but I'm disappointed not getting what I paid for.I will say the lady Krystal provided excellent customer service. If they can get the food to match, I'd probably be a loyal customer

This rating is for THIS location only (Dover, DE). The staff, including management, aren't always customer driven. I've noticed that they are lazy when it comes to making more food too! Their online information states they close at 10 pm, but they are always closing at 9 pm and will not make more food if they have run out!!
Friendly and attentive staff. Someone even came around to tables to check on customers! Pricing is also very fair.

Very small portions. I saw the lady preparing my meal put half my chicken back after she cut it. I won't be coming back to this location
