LEE who claimed he was the manager was very very rude and disrespectful. He would not give me his last name because he knew that he was wrong . They charged my credit card twice and did not deliver what i ordered and when i called to tell him the issue he was very rude and unprofessional and basically told me I was a liar and that I could not order from there anymore . I have my bank statements as proof . He should be fired and he definitely does not deserve the role as a manager. He is a very nasty individual. I'll would not recommend . I will definitely be contacting corporate!!!!

Like many places you have to order online in order to get a deal. That makes no sense when you're standing there with money in hand. The girl making the pizzas had a big cut on her finger and no gloves on.... won't be back EVER!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Online the heart shape pizza states Original. However I received a thin crust base which is not what I ordered. I called the Store and the manager in the store was extremely rude and hung up on me. This is not my first time ordering from Papa Johns nor this location and nowhere did it state it was thin crust. The description online is misleading and should state it as thin crust. Original to me, means original thin crust pizza. It was horrendous and tastes like cardboard. I had to cook something else for my 10 year old. I have been a long time PapaJohns customer and have never been treated so rudely. What happened to the customer is always right? I dont even need to always be right. I just needed him to acknowledge that the website did not state thin crust and replace my pizza. I am highly dissatisfied and would like a refund. Clearly an issue with this store since it has the worst reviews I have seen in a long time. Definitely warranted if the manager is anything to go by.

Had a fantastic time checking out this location. Never really had proper papa John's so I decided to order some. Went to this location in February 4th, 2023 at 10pm and had probably some of the best customer service I have ever had. Food overall was ok had a little too much onion on it but that's more of how I probably ordered it than anything. Definitely coming back in the future

My boyfriend and I have been using this location for several months now. We used to be regulars until mangers changed, every since then it has gone downhill. Tonight was by far the worst service we have ever gotten. We placed a order at 5pm for delivery and didn't get a response until 7pm stating that it was delivered, but nothing was in sight. We asked our neighbors if they had gotten it by accident but no one had. We ordered over $30 worth of food with a $15 tip and our food was stolen from us! They said they couldn't remake it and had to refund it in order for us to place another order, which makes no sense. We'll be staying away from here until children aren't left unsupervised working with no adults present.

After delivery of the cool, soggy pizza. The pizza looked like it had been dropped on its side. So half of the pizza will not easily edible. In addition, this large pizza was cut way left of center. Half was customized, which mixed the toppings and left the “crushed” slices very small, and the rest of the slices extremely large..this is unacceptable, but sadly completely expected. The toppings were not correct either..I don’t understand how a place is ok with this level of underachievement.

If I could give no stars that would be great. Where to start with this shit hole. The first time I ordered I wait over an hour and half for it to be delivered (I live around the corner 2 minutes away) the delivery guy showed up says he rang the door bell (which no one heard and we were sitting in the living room) THEN LEFT. called me 10 minutes later and said he went to a different house a mile away and would be back to deliver our order. Waited another 30 minutes for this fool. Then he decided to pester my fiance saying "he was outside and waited and no one came to the door so he left" he didn't knock or anything how were we supposed to know. Second time I ordered from this place, I was quoted 7:10-7:20 for delivery. I didn't get a text for delivery until 7:30. Pizza did not get here until 7:50. Pizza is cold this is bullshit. Over this place. Hope it closes down honestly. La ortalana from magnolia delivers faster than this place!! Never will order here again.

Waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. Everything was cold, garlic knots and breadsticks were hard. Both my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning!! Never again will I stray from our local family owned pizzerias. Awful awful awful!!!
