I recently called the new Pizza Hut location in Dover, Delaware, but encountered issues with my order. Despite providing my Dover address and payment details to the Pizza Hut call center, the order was sent to a restaurant in Smyrna, beyond the delivery range. The DoorDash driver faced delays, and upon realizing the incorrect address, refused to deliver to Dover due to inadequate compensation. As a result, we neither received our food nor a refund. Ordered online and also paid online in advance for pickup Website said would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to store was 4th in a line of customers. Nobody had been helped or acknowledged by 3 plus employees in kitchen. Tv screen facing customers shows orders that are ready and also food was sitting ready in heat box. After waiting 15 minutes for an employee to actually acknowledge now a full lobby of people. She was not able to multitask and get everyone moving thru the line. Most...read full review
