After getting my delivery late due to the person on the phone rushing and not getting my order correct my food was almost delivered to the wrong address, the my cheese steak came with nothing but cold meat and unmelted cheese on it, to top it off it was a small bone in my cheese steak, the service is terrible on the phone and in store I would not recommend eating here I'm going to my doctor tomorrow to make sure they didn't poison me!!!!!!

I love, love Polisenos!! The lady or ladies that answer the phones are just awesome. They don't rush you and are very patient. It's all beef, no pork!! The only thing I can complain about (just a little) are the cheese steaks. Not enough meat and barely any condiments. I always have to add mayo so now I ask for extra. All in all....I love this place. MUST TRY!!
Young lady was very rude that takes the orders I called just to check on my delivery and she informed me that standard delivery is 45 to 1 hr and I was only at 42 min. Needless to say lol I did was call to check on the order and only said that to her first and last I will ever order from

This place completely fell off. I went from being a customer of ten years to every single time I hold a conversation with one of these idiots I contemplate never bringing them my business again. Every since they got new management they have gotten rude and disrespectful and take loyal customers for granted and one day people are going to stop being loyal they have one more strike with me place is being ran into the ground. I watched the gm disrespect a customer who always buy from there in person in the store and that was the first strike.

Sheesh, where to start. An hour and 25 minute wait for delivery. Needless to say, the food was cold and soggy. The pizza girl didn't bring a bag to keep the pizza warm or a pen. The pizza sauce was plain and tasted like spaghetti sauce from a can. Motzerrala sticks tasted frozen and put in a microwave. I called, and I was told to reheat the pizza in a microwave. Coming from Chicago, this pizza tasted like $5. I paid $30. To anyone visiting, I wouldn't recommend eating here. For those that do recommend it, go try pizza outside Deleware. This place is just a disappointment.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IN PERSON! Too many junkies, losers, and panhandlers hang out in front of the store! I love the pizza, anything deep fried is usually terrible, delivery for me is usually on point. Been ordering for years and will continue to. JUST DONT GO THERE!

We thought since we were only a few blocks away, delivery wouldn't take long.. after an hour and a half and 3 phone calls later, our delivery driver showed up. The driver kept apologizing because he was the only driver that day & we understood. Most of the food were salads but we did have a pizza and a tender platter and the tenders were room temperature and the fries were a bit soggy. The side salad came with a live fly still buzzing around the container. When I called back to the store, the employee who answered the phone seemed a little annoyed but was otherwise pleasant and nice & she did apologize. The manager, however, had the delivery driver come back and pick up the salad with the fly in it, which was very weird. I will not order from here again.

I bit into a wrap and there was hair in it. Called and they were rude like why would I call up there and claim there was hair in the food if there wasn’t? Then they asked me to take the food out the trash so they can see the hair. Y’all need to work on your customer service.
