I recently ordered from this location last Thursday. I was hungry, & didn't want the dining hall food at my university. I made my order and got ready to pick it up. When I got to Qdoba, I saw a sign that said something like "Closed - lack of product". I saw that it was open online, but it clearly wasn't when I got there. I was upset because I spent good money to get food from here, & it's gone now. I tried calling the store, since there were a few employees there, but no one answered. One lady working there just looked, and then ignored me. It seemed like she was working on something for an event. I would like to get my money back, and I already let Qdoba relations know about the issue. No one has contacted me yet. I hope this doesn't happen again.

this place is FIRE?? so lit!! the prices are really good imo, esp compared to other similar chains like chipotle. food was nice and warm, chips and guac were super fresh, service was great, not too long of a wait:) i like that they don’t charge extra for guac!! we came here while we were at DSU, def recommend if you’re in the area!

I went there today I told this woman who works there that I would, and I am ecstatic about my visit!! I had 3 tacos and a Mexican coca cola and they made a fantastic meal!! If you love Mexican food, Qdoba is the place for you!! I give it 5 forks up!!
This location never disappoints! However a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday around 8pm you could not go into the establishment to place an order but you could order online and pickup at the door. It was a little surprising but I actually liked that setup.

Customer service was horrible. It was my 1st time and when it was my time to order: I told the lady it was my 1st time and I was looking at everything trying to decide what to get..... I guess she didn't like that? She smiled and asked to help the next customer. I was standing there looking crazy and confused as to what just happened. I waited a minute thinking surely she didn't just overlook me. The other customers were looking at me like why did she do that? After that encounter, I knew this was NOT a place to get dinner. I wasn't to sure about it and her rudeness confirmed that I needed to go next door to Jersey Mike's, where I knew my food would be delicious! I was trying to try something different and spread my wings BUT this place isn't it! Retrain your workers to embrace people of all Colors and Race! I heard about the South but this was a shocker! QDOBA you will never have to worry about my coins being spent at your location. I will continue to tell everyone about your horrible service. I didn't get the lady's name but she is white, glasses I think and loud mouth greeting her "Wanted" customers! Very disappointed in 2024 to be greeted in this manner! ?

Burrito was fine chips and queso were great, didn't shoot on cups and filled the queso cup up. Staff was pleasant.However...Tablets and surroundings were well worn and questionably clean.Finally... Ticked me off that they sold me fountain sodas while knowing that the machine was not working properly. They did make it right with bottled sodas but come on folks engage your brain.
