Here's an official offer 20.00 dollars for anyone who is interested in finding the Dover Sam's club manager everyone can participate maybe you can find him at the bat cave (his office) or working on a display speaking to a group of customers or participating in gathering carts helping at gas pumps etc etc this seems easy so if you're a employee don't worry I won't reveal your name or anything good luck and happy hunting

I love shopping at SAM'S CLUB for my bulk items and also my gas. Can't seem to beat their gas prices.

I wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman by the name of Mike who was bringing carts in, but took the time to assist in helping me put my items in my car. He got stuck in the pouring rain earlier today, but never hesitated to step up and thanked me for coming in. Even though his day was a little challenging because he got caught in the pouring rain and was soaked, he still put his best foot forward and gave excellent customer service.

I bought something today online for store pick up around 7 before stores were even open. There was 3 in stock this morning. Before I picked up my item it was cancelled, because they were out of stock. I’m sorry I think you need to put inventory already purchased off the floor. When I found it at another store I was told you couldn’t ship from one Sam’s to another sams location. I was also told they couldn’t reserve it even though I had to drive an hour there and back since my local store decided to sell what I had already bought.

I'm a HUGE fan of Sams Club and even bigger fan of their scan and go app. (Which I've seldom had technical difficulties using) No lines. Leave stuff in your cart where you put it! Scan the barcodes on your phone, pay on your phone and go! Done- well almost. You still have to wait in the exit line. Today it irked me. I bought 6 items. SIX. THE DOOR GUARD SCANNED 3 items to 'verify' out of SIX ITEMS. SERIOUSLY!! I didn't buy steak, or high priced items. I had a clearance shirt, a bag of chips, a tub of M&Ms and 3 cases of Pepsi - I MAY AS WELL HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CHECKOUT! We are not from DE, we were in the area and popped in for a few things since it's closer than the one where we live. Great - all the stuff I wanted was in stock, I picked up a shirt (impulse buy). The bananas looked good. The lines weren't long (3pm on Tuesday.) I'd give it 5 stars if not for the girl I had to wait on, and now I know why. I'm glad I didn't have a cart full of stuff I'd still be there! I've typically been happy with all their Meats and members mark items. I will say that the product quality of meat and produce will vary greatly depending on location!

I dearly wish this was a five star review. If I review only half of the current shopping experience it's an easy five stars. Add the other half and the stars fall from the sky. Sam's app gets all of the stars. All of them. The scan and go feature is worth the cost of club membership all on its own. Simply download the app, add a form of payment, and shop in your normal way. Then, instead of stepping into the sometimes insanely long lines, simply open the app, scan all of your barcodes, swipe your finger across your screen, and show the QR code at the door. It's amazing, and heads and tails ahead of any other similar store. Unfortunately, the product selection in the actual store is simply not as variable as one might want. Member's Mark as a brand is not as successful as Kirkland. Even the Hot Dogs are somehow not as tasty. I wish I could explain the issue, but here we are. This is the only Sam's Club in the state of Delaware. There's a Costco and a BJ's an hour north, and a BJ's an hour south. Sam's is a great place to pick up the basics in large quantities, but they definitely benefit from being the only game in town.

I love this Sam's. I'm here 7 or 8 times a week for my job and it's always clean and the shelves are always stocked or being restocked. The employees are always friendly to an extent. Overall this Sam's is better than most I've been to.

I really wish you would change your set up at the gas pump and make it that anybody can go into any lane either direction. You have all these pumps that are always empty because most cars have their gas pumps on the driver side, not the other side. Many People who come to sans gas station are very very slow I get sick of waiting in a long line for inconsiderate people, while there's this open area that no one can use, it's ridiculous

Customers inside shopping not wearing masks today . It did no good talking with the manger and reporting this .My answer is that they have there rights !

I had some family members in Miami that I wanted to purchase some groceries for, after 3 days when it was time for delivery they cancel my order.. No call or email, in search of what was going on I found out they canceled, then I contacted their customer service who advised me to just sign up for a new membership and he apologized for the experience. I went to order again and this time I got the notifications that the order was cancel once again.. Sam's and western union have these Indians for customer care that really don't care about Americans.... That's really disappointing because they're aim is not to please.
