Absolutely disgusting. These soggy, cold fries went straight into the trash. The slice of cheese placed on top of the fries wasn’t even fully melted. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves- serving such low quality food. The cheese steak was soggy and gross too. Maybe that’s their theme? #

Philly ain't got nothing on these people. Best cheesesteak in town by far. A must for anyone passing through, or who lives here & never knew. That's a picture of half the large. The have a bigger one than this . I can only eat half & the other half later .

Review on the chili that was purchased Friday. 1 star, smelled foul and tasted horrendous, threw it up after the first bite. Had the texture of a porridge. Decided to call them and was told the chili was made on Monday. You get this texture from letting it sit in the warmer for DAYS. Sure, if it's above 140⁰, technically, it's safe, but the texture and flavor wasn't it. Have some pride in your food.
I haven't eaten here in years. Today we ordered food and had it delivered. My issue is with the fries. Two large orders of fries unable to be eaten because they were STALE. Not just cold, but stale! The food did not take all that long to get here so there is no excuse whatsoever for OLD, CHEWY fries. Highly disappointed. It's like restaurants give customers their old, dried out food when it's being delivered to use the excuse of "well it got cold while being delivered." I dont mind cold. But cold, dry and CHEWY is quite another matter.

well, I really wanted to like it here. The steak and cheese sub was ok, as were the french fries. The staff was so confused. It was not very busy, but orders were coming out wrong, when customers tried to correct their orders the staff was just more confused. maybe they need a better order expediting system. also have to park in back of restaurant, that is the only option. pretty deserted back there, I was not comfortable. Maybe good with some improvements.
