“I decided to treat myself to lunch at Chaiyo after my nail appointment. It was a grey, chilly Saturday afternoon. There were several diners there besides me, so the atmosphere was pleasant and not overly loud.I ordered a Thai Mule and started with Crab Rangoon, one of my faves. I then had two of their signature rolls, the Firecracker Roll, Deep-fried spicy tuna, topped with jumbo lump crab, jalapeno and special sauce; and the Chaiyo Roll, Tempura shrimp, avocado, wrapped with soy paper, topped with spicy crab, tempura flakes and special sauce. Both were delicious. I can see why the Chaiyo Roll is their best-seller. I believe my server's name was Ling Tai. She was great,, very personable and efficient. The wait time was minimal..“
“This place is my go-to for Thai takeout. I have ordered here countless times. The food is always consistently good and I have never been disappointed. We have never dined in so I can't speak to the tableside service but take out orders are always prepared quickly. We ordered dinner last night and it was wonderful as usual. We had the pad thai with chicken, red curry with chicken, pad see ewe with chicken and 2 orders of our absolute favorite, the fresh garden rolls. Portions are generous and everything was delicious and fresh. My family ate until we couldn't eat any more and there was still a ton of food left over - and it was just as good today for lunch! There aren't many restaurants local to me in Dover that receive my repeat business but I will continue to go to Bangkok Thai Cuisine when I need a delicious dose of tasty comfort food!“
