I have gone to the restaurant for years. The food tastes great. However their stance on not substituting noodles is not very competitive. On 3 separate occasions we asked their penne noodles of their chicken francese to be served with spaghetti. 3 times they blatantly ignored it. I understand there is a sign where they speak to this. They cite short staffing as a reason. I get when businesses are challenged that service sometimes is less than expectations until they are able to resolve their problems. This has been their stance for sometime. In short this restaurant is good but not THAT good. Until they change this policy I will not be going back. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that will accommodate a basic request for substitutions for another common noodle they are already serving at the restaurant.

Got the chicken parm. Was excellent. Actual chicken breast, perfectly cooked tender. None of that chicken finger nonsense lol. Highly recommend. Wait staff was very busy but took the time to be personal.

We are new to the area, and ordered a pizza to go (half plain/half pepperoni). The pizza was great, the service was good, and the building was very nice and clean.
