Employee Miracle dealt with a very rude customer soooooo calmly without issue, and Employee Shaila was BEYOND courteous as our waitress. Both ladies KEPT smiles on their faces regardless of how busy it got and it was truly a great experience for me and my husband. We arrived super hungry and we were served PERFECTLY cooked food. Kudos to this store location. Employees work their tails off and will still deliver great service and delicious food.

Typical Waffle House experience, been going to different waffle houses across the country and had a friend who never had the experience. This place didn't disappoint from the stoners behind the counter to even the crack head on the corner gotta love it it's the best.

I've worked in a breakfast kitchen for 3 years as a cook and manager.The service was good no complaints. I only have two gripes.The food quality was just bad. My eggs were cold and we're only cooked on the surface barely, the whites beneath were still completely uncooked which is unappetizing and disgusting, the bacon had been out long enough the grease on it was visibly white and dry, and the bottom of my waffle was burnt.And then also the general cleanliness of the facility was just lacking. Bathrooms were atrocious (which seems too nice words to use.) The floors were dirty, table not fully wiped.I did not feel comfortable there. I've never felt so nauseous leaving a restaurant before.I think the cooks need much more training and the manager needs to STEP UP.

I paid $30 for food I wouldn’t even make myself at home. I don’t know why I assumed when I ordered hash browns with tomatoes, that the tomatoes would be cooked in with the hash browns. Not piled cold and raw and wet underneath a pile of crunchy-outside-uncooked-inside hashbrowns. The only thing worth getting are the waffles. If you go here, order that and literally nothing else. The bacon had a weird aftertaste, like the grill hadn’t been cleaned. The one saving grace is that all the servers are very sweet. I tipped out for that, but I will never waste my money on this food again.
