6 Best Vegetarian Restaurants near Georgetown

“Never had bad food. Food is always good and like all the servers there. Very down to earth people and my 92 yr old mom, son and I go here at least once a month if not twice monthly. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. It's not a big fancy place it's a country type place. We have taken many people there as well when they come visit and we go out. Can't ask for a better place unless you are high class and don't or won't eat somewhere that's not a 5 sta place. Well to me they are 5 star from care of customers to the food. Harvest Diner is my place to go. Been there for breakfast lunch and dinner and bever been disappointed. I'm a picky eater as well so I don't do omelets many places and I don't do cream of crab anywhere but I do here. Parking is sometime not the best but most times it's cause of timing you might be there.“

“Passed this place 100 times on my way to/from Bethany Beach. Never stopped because I thought how good can a bagel be in Georgetown, DE (I know a good bagel)? Finally took a shot and so glad I did. Delicious and fresh hand rolled bagels and my lox & cream cheese spread on a poppy was only $5.50.I'll try a breakfast burrito next time but this will be my 1 stop when I go to the beach early.“

“So it's in a strip mall. If you've got to complain, that's the only thing. Interior decor is sparse and plain, but the food are amazing! We've never had a dish that didn't satisfy and Titima (sp?) and her staff are always pleasant and willing to offer up variations and suggestions. Five heat levels of Thai spice will open your palate - and sinuses - to new experiences. Enjoy!“

“I've been wanting to visit Jalapeño for years and finally did so and am I glad I did. Granted there is no ambience but the food makes up for it. We received freshly made tortilla chips with salsa. So good. I ordered the beef chimichanga , what a meal. The beef was real pieces of meat not hamburger, and included cheese and other ingredients. Very filling and satisfying. This was not frozen but made to order.They have an inclusive menu with a lot of options. I look forward to my next visit when I desire authentic Mexican food.“

“I have not been to Fat Daddy's BUT have had their food at Georgetown Speedway. The brisket was excellent. Large portion. I would always get a double portion of baked beans.I used to attend a church that put on a ham and bean supper. We made the beans from scratch. Hence I am an authority on beans. Sadly last year Fat Daddy's was not at Georgetown Speedway. The replacement was no where close at good as Far Daddy's. Figure next time I attend a race there (1 week from now) I will stop by Fat Daddy's.Jeff“
