“Ryan made the evening very pleasant, with detailed knowledge of all menu items, wines, etc. Excellent service. Food on the winter holiday menu was a hit: soups, cheese board, salads, porterhouse for 2, sorbet dessert. The dining room is attractive and spacious, the tables well set. The chairs and banquette are comfortable.“
“My wife and I agree, best food we have eaten in a long time. Fresh, delightful combinations of flavor and texture. The passion delight was just that. I highly recommend. Excellent coffee. Get the house coffee drink. Nice vibes woth beautiful dried flowers and decorations. Just a couple minutes from Longwood Gardens.“
“Love this spot. Just moved to the area and already addicted to the apricot tart. Ordered the Classic on a Croffle (croffle was a bit too greasy in combo with the hash brown for me) with provolone, sausage and avocado, garlic aioli and tomato bacon jam on the side (tomato bacon jam wins hands down: Sweet & Savory). London fog with oat milk was steamed great with a thick layer of foam that didn’t make it home. My only issue is there is not enough seating and nowhere convenient to wait for your order, just feels like standing in the middle of the room blocking the menu.“
“I love this place!!! They make pots of proper loose leaf tea ☕️ served in real cups. I am so happy we found this place. The baked goods are delicious, the atmosphere is spot on and the owners could not be any more welcoming and nice. We will be back!“
“The restaurant is a quaint cafe hidden between a few shops. It has amazing food that really surprised me on how well the quality was. Their dine in options have booths, tables, or window seating and their takeout offered prepared foods such as spanikopita and small cakes. They offer a complete menu and waiting services. I recommend the souvlaki platter with cucumbers on the side to dip into the tzatziki that comes with the platter. My only small complaint is the choice of modern american pop music instead of Greek music to match the atmosphere. Other than that, the place is perfect for small dates or a pit stop while walking around town, or even settling down for a full dinner.“
“This place is your neighborhood gem. My croissant was so fresh I could still smell the bake. Fluffy, eggs made infront of you to perfection. The coffee you ask pfffff. The barista puts her soul in your cup. Order the hot latte with lavender and oat milk, your welcome.“
“A unique venue for you and 10 closest friends. The reservation wait time is famously long - ours was nearly one year - but the food and service is a rare experience worth the wait. Ask for the recommended wine pairings and purchase those to bring along; they put much thought into the pairings.“
“Super cute and chic coffee shop! The coffee is great quality and they have many options. They also serve pastries, food items and different types of art. The owners were onsite, super hospitable, and attentive. The decor made you feel at home and they proudly display artwork from various artists on the walls. It’s really nice inside. I connected to the WiFi and got some work done as I enjoyed my latte and sandwich. The space is small but there isn’t a shortage of seating and there is still enough personal space to feel comfortable. I will definitely return.“
“This black-owned coffee shop is a hidden gem! The moment you step in, you're greeted by vibrant art adorning the walls, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The coffee is top-notch, brewed to perfection, and their food selection is deliciously curated to complement your drink. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience for every customer. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to work or catch up with friends, this coffee shop ticks all the boxes for a delightful visit.“
“So, I stumbled upon this coffee joint on 9th Street in the heart of Wilmington the other day, and I gotta say, it was a total hidden gem! Funny thing is, I've been walking past it all this time, but never really noticed it was there. They could definitely work on their signage game 'cause it's kinda hard to spot from the street. But once you step inside, it's like a whole other world – super cozy vibes and a really chill atmosphere. Plus, the place looks stunning! They've got this cool aesthetic going on that just draws you in. Definitely gonna make it my new go-to spot for a caffeine fix!“
“Delicious and beautiful food, charmingly presented with attention to detail. Fresh, but not trendy versions of classic afternoon tea fare, for example an open-faced Caprese sandwich with a thin layer of a lively red pepper jam. The food was delicate in appearance but added up to a hearty meal. Totally delightful, and I have often been disappointed with afternoon teas. I love them when they are done right, and this one was perfect. Can’t wait to go again!“
“Classic American diner, very much in the informal style; you will find ten thousand of these diners across America, each one an absolute echo of Quinn's; extremely familiar and comfortable. Quinn's Cafe feels like home.Parking: Modest parking lot, close to the Cafe, with plenty of open spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for handicapped.“
“What a sweet place. Service was outstanding, vibe was great. Food was super delicious. Variety was great and presentation was beautiful. Prices great too. Can’t ask for more on a slightly hungover day after an Eagles game! Yummy lox bagel and eggs Benedict!“
“A gem of a breakfast option. Great food options with great flavor. Fresh fruit and a balanced coffee is surprisingly hard to come by sometimes. The French toast was good, but the smoothie bowl with almond buttered toast was perfect. That sprinkle of large grain salt on top was a nice touch (to someone who usually prefers unsalted nut butters). Definitely recommend.“
“Our new favorite soup and sandwich shop. Friendly and polite staff. TV screens in the dining area show videos of dogs and photos of local pets. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy our lunch. Sandwiches are fresh and made to order. We got the half soup-half sandwich combo. Very satisfying. We grabbed orange creamsicle muffins for breakfast the next day. The texture was cakey and full of flavor. Their motto is smile, be kind. do good. We felt this location is living up to that motto.Kid-friendliness: Excellent place to take kids. Kid friendly menu available.“
“What ever the special drink is, get it. I have never been disappointed yet. The food is excellent. It does get really busy, because it's so good, so there is generally a wait for peak times. Don't want to wait they sell the cookbook.“
“I have been coming here ever since they opened many years ago. Over the years they changed decorations of the shop but it is always tasteful and nice. Food is good, a bit salty time to time. They make many dishes to choose from. And they stared to serve alcohol beverages. That are in the process of rebuilding their bar and it will be nice once completed. Can’t wait to visit them when the new bar is completed.“
“This cafe has such a beautiful calming ambiance! I ordered the coconut chai and it was refreshing and not too sweet! The service was perfect! the only complaint I have is that it was pretty hot inside the cafe. I also had a carrot loaf slice which was an excellent pairing with the chai!“
“It was Noon, we were looking for Breakfast/Lunch place and hungry on top of that.Worthy of a detour. We only had breakfast.Yukon Gold potatoes, Pork Roll (a local delicacy) 2 eggs scrambled = Yum! My dining companion had the Sweet Potato hash. Lunch menu had a good selection of salads, burger and sandwiches to choose from as well. Wait Staff were friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Usual ADA compliant.“
“One of my weekly go-to spots for smoothies & breakfast sammie’s. Clean, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. I usually DoorDash to my office and it arrives within the half hour…. Love the bacon, egg & cheese cut diagonally like my mom used to (lol) and the morning star smoothie!“
“Been here a few times and never had a bad experience. Everyone there is super nice and the food is great and very well priced. It gives me a feeling of a family owned business when I go there and the vibes are great. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: They offer plenty of gluten free and veg options“
“My husband and I visited the cafe for lunch on a Saturday in February. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. We both enjoyed two different types of quiche, side salad, cappuccino, and a lemon ginger scone. Everything was delicious (including the free wine & cheese tasting!) We plan to go back for pizza night sometime soon.“
“The Country Butcher is a great local resource for meats, cheese and so much more. Alex suggested their Tritips and seasoning for a recent guest dinner and they were phenomenal and made for a fabulous meal. Thanks Alex for your service and suggestions! Marjorie & Michael, Lewes, DE“
“We stopped in for lunch as the previous reviews led me to believe this was the best time to come. We really liked everything we ordered too. We expected smaller venue honestly and more of a panera set up. However to my surprised it was full service. They had gluten free options when I asked the server who checked with the kitchen but the menu is labeled. The lattes we had were really good and only $5! I think this is a good addition for the area! sorry all photos are on insta: emsbitez“
