I ordered custom cookies and they came out perfect! The owner made the ordering process quick and simple. I was surprised that they tasted so great. Normally decorated cookies never taste as good as they look but these did. Everyone loved them! I’ve also stopped in multiple times to pick up items out of the case. The bakery is super cute and the staff is always friendly.

Kati and her team were able to make a last-minute cake for my husband’s birthday. It was delicious! I wish it had been a bit rounder around the logo, but the cake tastes so good that we didn’t care. You definitely pay more here, but we are happy to support a local small business with quality items. I love how fun and festive the cases always are. It’s always fun to stop in with my son for a special treat!

The cupcakes were too sweet. We bought a dozen of it and barely finished it because of how sweet it was. Had to drink milk to be able to eat the dessert. It's unfortunate because it is a cute little bakery inside a little plaza at Greenville. The 2 people behind the counters were also very unwelcoming and unprofessional. No "Hi, welcome to CupKate's! Thank you!" No smiles. They looked very irritated while taking the orders instead of trying to be helpful. They did not want to be there. At that point, I didn't either. For the price that you're paying for the treats, not worth it. If only their attitudes were half as sweet as their desserts, I would have return just to support this small local business. Will not be back.

I ordered cookies and chocolate covered pretzels from CupKates for bridesmaid proposal boxes- when I went in to talk with Kati about the designs, she took her time and was so pleasant to work with. I picked up the baked goods today, and was SOOO happy! They are absolutely beautiful- really works of art… and I of course tasted them this evening- they are fresh & delicious. Wonderful small business in town- highly recommend going there for an order for a party, or to just pick up some dessert one night. Thank you for making this so special!

Kati and her staff are amazing. I was recommended her shop for a custom 40th birthday party cake. (It was a dual birthday for my husband and me.) We had a great conversation as to what the cake should look like, the items we wanted on the cake (we're two nerds in love who love our fur babies) and all the details. She was even willing to use our cake base from our wedding. The cake turned out exactly as we wanted and our guests loved it. Plus, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY, AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS.I would definitely recommend her shop for either a custom cake or just stopping in to taste the goodies she has on display. They're just as yummy as my waistline will attest to.Thank you to Kati and her staff for making the birthday celebrations all the better.

I found this place on tiktok and wanted to love it because the owner is a young lady who seemed really sweet. The shop is adorable, clean, and the cupcakes were super moist and very good. However, customer service is atrocious. I walked in and the two girls working there didn't even say hello. One was with a customer but the other one simply ignored me. I can't happily recommend a business that doesn't even greet their customers.

Just picked up the cake I ordered 2 weeks ago for my mothers 60th birthday celebration this weekend. I requested a hybrid of the macaroon sprinkle and the trendsetter celebration cakes as my siblings and I couldn’t decide between the 2 and am disappointed to have left with a very plain looking macaroon sprinkle cake. I even called back to the store after I placed my order in person to make sure they knew we wanted a hybrid cake of the 2 designs and was assured this wouldn’t be a problem at all. We have been looking forward to seeing how this cake turned out for our big family celebration and feeling letdown.Edit: Thank you for the personal response, Kati. I appreciate you taking the time to follow up and do think this was just an unfortunate miscommunication. The refund was extremely generous and not necessary. I thank you for standing by your products and have updated my review to reflect the excellent customer satisfaction follow up given.

Cupcakes is a one of a kind bakery boutique. Staff is extremely friendly and the inside space is beautiful. The chocolate chip cookies are my boyfriend and I’s favorite menu item! Must try!

To even call these macarons is an insult to France. They're a cookie overstuffed with buttercream so sweet it could not be eaten. I hate giving a bad review; usually I just don't post if I don't have a great experience. But I actually feel compelled to write this to help others avoid paying $4 for a pile of inedible buttercream. Truly awful.

The inside of the bakery is adorable and full of pink Cupkates also has fun boutique items such as purses, bracelets, and hoodies that are super cute! My favorite item is the chocolate chip cookie and the cake pops. I highly recommend this bakery for anyone planning a party and needs baked goods.
