I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order and the lady ( I didn't get her name ) was very kind. I had 2 bags and 3 drinks and she offered me plastic bags to put my other bags in since the plastic had handles and was easier to carry out so I appreciate her and her kindness to me .

Drive thru person was very friendly. Can't say they take care in making your sandwich. Had the French dip and all the meat was stuck in the center of the roll. Why wouldn't you spread it out to get a bite of meat with every bite? Tastes fine but this location is surrounded by so many eateries, why wouldn't you try to do your best?
