We are loving the new menu have tried two different dishes so far and will continue. It was amazing absolutely delicious and of course my waitress last night. Nicole was terrific spot on what an outrageous experience.

Great place to come for a nice, quiet evening. The atmosphere is very nice and classy. The server was courteous with good customer service. We had the Lobster Ravioli and Half Chicken. The food was very good and the portions were big. The Lobster Ravioli had large pieces of crab and lobster. The chicken came with a bowl of string beans. The prices are on the high side, so be prepared. There is also a simple (not enforced) dress code for the restaurant.

My veal piccata came out cold as did the mashed potatoes and green beans. I had to send the meal back to be prepared again. It's absolutely absurd that it wasn't prepared properly the first time especially given this restaurant is supposed to be the upscale restaurant in the casino.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our steaks were prepared as requested, seasoned well. Our green beans and whipped potato sides were very delicious. I'm glad they now have smaller croutons on the Caesar salad, much more enjoyable. Extremely pleased with our meal!
Extremely disappointed. Cream of crab blended celery, onion and crab bits( foreign crab meat?) . So watery you could have drunk it through a straw. $100 porterhouse for 2 over cooked as though we ordered medium, looked like overcooked beef. Bland mashed potatoes and canned green beans. It's been awhile, won't be back. Service was less than mediocre.

Disappointed when our steaks arrived. I ordered med rare and got barely pink. My husband ordered his med and got half med rare and half well done. Not sure how that happens. The deviled oysters were delicious. Our server was outstanding, very friendly and attentive.

Food at Bonz is always good. We eat at Bonz for a change of pace. Sometimes a special occasion. We normally get the same waiter Steve who is just wonderful. He is a longtime employee and loves his job.

I booked a reservation and it took them forever to seat us a party of 3. It took forever for the Waiter to come greet us and take our order!?!?!? The establishment is SUPER HIGH CLASS and expensive, and the steaks were over cooked and I needed a refund on 1 of 2 Steaks because it was too tough to consume!!!!!! Wont be visiting again!!!!!
Good food great staff but people were just hanging out at tables Reservations and hour plus Behind so we paid high price for good food but diapointing sat at bat to eat. Bartender was Great!

Our meals were sent out either cold or so overcooked you could not even cut the rack of lamb. The server was wonderful, none of this was her fault. The Lobster Tempura appetizer was tough, cold and over cooked. The tuna poke was edible, but it was served with hard crunch chips.... seriously. Our main course was horrible. When both meals finally arrived we sent back the one meal to be re-heated and when it was brought out it had been microwaved to the point it was so tough you could not even eat the duck. The rack of lamb was so over cooked, we also sent that back. We waited for the lamb and finally called over our server and told her to get the manager, we were not happy. They did take all of the food off our bill and we only had to pay for 1 beverage but not only was it terrible, it was Valentines Day and a special time. It was not only our meal, the table next to us also had some bad food items and they got a discount off the entire bill but told us they would never be back. This was not an inexpensive meal but Bonz has seriously lost it's ability to be a good restaurant. We won't be back.

The dinner was great the service was AMAZING. However i don't know what the rules are here approx 10 years ago i went here had a hoodie on and they said you cant't eat here with a hoodie i was taking my mother in law out for dinner it was embarrassing but they said if i kept my winter coat on i could eat the so i did in front of the fire place is where they sat us Then i bought my child, his mom and grandma a gift card and reservation for mothers day 4 years ago they were told no children in the casino. only to find out a co worker is always allowed to bring his kid in. Tonight i ate the my girlfriend laughed and said dont where a hoodie or sweat pants I wore jeans and a collard shirt it was fin And i am not against it but they they sat a gentleman next to us in a straight up dingy grey hoody he was kewl I said something service said he was the senator My ask is. Please explain the dress code and the under 21 policy to me The service tonight was amazing just what or the rules?

It's always a pleasure to eat at Bonz. Especially when Steve, arguably the "world's best waiter," has your table. Food prices are creeping up everywhere, so for the enhanced price, you expect perfection, and this food comes pretty close. My guests ate the short ribs and it fell off the bone: they loved their meal. I had the special -pound of steak with four large shrimp; it was too much to eat, but I have a doggy bag in the fridge, so no worries. Good wine selection and well-stocked bar, too. Easy parking.
