Like any restaurant , it starts with the manager. Every restaurant should be clean at all times. Including kitchen area. If it's not blame the manager , your help is only good as your leader. Then you have regional managers. Who should be over seeing all there restaurants. Then you have the owners which I am sure want the best for there restaurants. Good help is hard to find yes, but in situations like this your leaders are the ones that set the example

As of my last visit, the people here seem to care and they put in the effort. The lobby isn't always clean, and the food isn't super consistent, but it's taco bell...I give it 5 stars despite the criticism because it's a reliable quick fix for when the time calls. And I appreciate that.

This location is very nice. People are always very friendly, and the food is always fresh. There is a location closer to us in Camden, we will drive right past it and go out of our way to go to this location.

Went to try the new breakfast options and according to Google they are open at 8am the sign on the door says 10 am and with not an employee in sight I trust the door and I'm not waiting 2 hours for taco bell.

When it first opened, it was great. Now, this place is slowly deteriorating. Last 2 times I've been there, orders have been wrong. This time I ordered 4 items through the drive through, and once I got home I had 5 items in the bag. 4 of the 5 items were completely wrong. How does this even happen? Don't stop here, your orders will be wrong and it'll be a waste of money. Even when you do on a fair chance to get the right order, it'll have hardly anything on it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered online for pickup to save time only to find out that the items were not ready due to their policy being they only make it when you are there. Pickup choices are in store or wait in the same drive through lane as anyone going through the drive through? So what's the point of online ordering.

stopped in to feed my mom and dad- because they were babysitting!!!! best taco bell service in years- i will go out of my way and come to harrington anytime!!! customer service is so respectful, clean and accommodating- check them out

Almost 7 dollars for basically an onion and tomatoes burrito tonight. Last time I checked burritos are round. Honestly whoever made this knew this was pathetic. It was literally flat. Not to mention the stale burrito wrap

Honestly, this location did not impress at all.Service was lacking, which is what it is. Not that big of a deal. A good bit of the tables needed a wipe down, the floors needed to be cleaned, the high chairs were both dirty with food crumbs and spilled drink stains, I didn’t even dare look at the bathroom just based on the dining room. My chicken quesadilla… I just don’t really understand what happened with that. Just refer to the photo. I didn’t get the receipt I requested when ordering on the kiosk. Again, no biggie but still just another nail in the complaint coffin. And there was an actual nail half-sticking out of the booth section of the tables that ripped my pants, so that was fun. The co2 was out so all the sodas were flat, and there was no ice so I couldn’t even have a cold flat soda.Maybe it was a bunch of unfortunate things all at once, or maybe this place needs some help. I’m not sure which, but I probably won’t be visiting this location for a while.
