Consistent with decent value. Had a fantastic NY strip for $45, easily as good as a 70 one at a classic steakhouse. Place was hopping on Friday night with a good vibe. Only thing I didn't love was the calamari appetizer. Wasn't crispy and the sauce was too sweet. I also don't care for the back room they always try to seat us in. I declined it. I prefer the vibe of the main room.
We are frequent customers at Redfire and service and food have always been excellent. Our visit on Monday 2/26 was not the case. We waited over an hour for burgers. People around us came in 30 minutes after us and ordered steaks and got their food before we did. The burgers and fries were cold and 2 were raw inside. Last night was our second time dining here on the advice of our friends who live up that way (We live near Annapolis). Both times the food was phenomenal and the service was prompt and friendly. Coming from a town with plenty of great restaurants, it's not easy to impress us these days so major kudos to RedFire Grill & Steakhouse.
