Nothing about this place impressed me enough to return. Food was bad. Service was bad. Decor was sad. I almost asked for some Old Bay, Worcester and Tabasco to flavor the food. Instead we just left and found another place. Skip this - there are plenty of nice places in town.

I made first and probably last visit this morning. I actually felt sorry for the server. Who runs out of coffee? On top of that, the corn beef hash was tasteless. The bacon was cooked to the level that I like. It seemed like it as well as the corned beef was reheated. There is definitely better food in Lewes.

Ate breakfast here today because our planned spot was closed for renovations. In the off season you would think it would be easy and quick to get a seat and eat; however, our party of four waited almost 50 minutes from the time we were seated until our food arrived. Likely because there appeared only one server on duty (she was cordial but appeared to be stretched too thin and the kitchen issues I'm about to describe aren't her fault). A few things about the food: -Don't attempt to modify anything on the menu (such as adding to an omelet or making your own), it seems to be frowned upon -The pierogies arrived a pool of oil -The monkey bread was really just small pieces of dough with not a lot of flavor or anything special so i'm not sure what classifies it as monkey bread -If you like your over-medium eggs to be chock full of undercooked gooky whites then this is the place for you (I did manage to get them redone but by that time the rest of my food was done because I didn't want everything else getting cold) -All of our toast arrived ice cold -The blueberry pancakes had to be sent back to be heated up via microwave On a positive note, the décor is cute, the breakfast potatoes are delicious, the rye bread had good flavor and the iced tea was cold and fresh. Unfortunately, that's not enough, and I do not recommend this place. But I hope that the owners can dig their way out and turn this place around because I don't like to see anyone fail.

My wife and I had a quick breakfast here on a two day stay in Lewes. The food was good, and the service was also good. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant though, it was expected. Nothing stood out as particularly fantastic or bad, so I'd definitely recommend for breakfast if you are in the area.

Our first visit and we had a decent lunch. Sandwiches were ok as well as service. We were surprised by the very reasonable prices. If you are in downtown Lewes it is decent option for lunch.

My wife and I went there for brunch. I ordered the three egg omelet with salmon. The salmon was extraordinary!

Stopped in on a Sunday around 1:45 and was put by 2:15. Had the falafel and pita. My mom had the quiche of the day. We both enjoyed our meal and had no complaints! I'd suggest trying for yourself before steering clear. Everyone's experience or perception of experience is different!

Service was slow and unfriendly, wrong lunch was brought, and when the right lunch was brought (avocado turkey wrap), it was so terrible we couldn't eat it, no matter how hungry we were at that point. When we mentioned the unsatisfactory sandwich, they charged us for it anyways, even though we left it hardly touched. Would not recommend anyone eat here.

Food was fine for what it was. Probably wouldn't go back.

We were last here two years ago, so when cycling the loop from Rehoboth to Lewes we stopped in again for lunch. The place was bright and clean (loved the wood floors). The server greeted us warmly when we entered. Service was good. Our lunches were good. The womenfolk had pitas, the young man had a gyro and I had a corned beef sandwich. Nicely prepared, ample portions. No downsides. Prices were up somewhat from the last time we were here. Lewes has gotten so trendy that I think it has pushed up the prices. Our experience was good. A pleasant lunch in all regards.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Yes, the price of food has gone up tremendously over the past few years. Just trying to keep the numbers in line.

On a fun road trip with my son and just happened to find the Blue Sea Cafe in Lewes, just before our Ferry ride to Cape May, NJ. We were greeted by Debbie who fed us French Toast and Bacon for breakfast. A wonderful stop in a wonderful Cafe in a cool town!

Well we walked in at 1207pm the waitress had two plates with eggs and toast in her hand and rudely stated were not serving breakfast anymore, while we stood there looking at the lunch menu , a second waitress with breakfast entrees shouted at us rudely were not serving breakfast anymore, so we proceeded out the door, and went to honeys who was serving breakfast and lunch. Guess the owner doesn't give a flip about pay iij ng customers

We stumbled into this place during a hot bike ride from Rehoboth. Overall it's a cute little place with decent lunch selections. The waitress was not that enthusiastic that we were there to eat, and we also had very low expectations after looking at the other yelp reviews. The food ended up being pretty good and the Arnold Palmers were delicious. Well probably come back on our next long ride.

I've never reviewed a restaurant but this place was so bad I want to save others the experience. I ordered the Thai salad and it was so bad I couldn't eat it. It had an off-smell like fish. I'm really not a picky eater, but I couldn't stomach this even though I was so hungry after 4 mile bike ride and no breakfast. The space also has a terrible smell to it, like bad smelling cleaner masking stinky air. Gross.
