I’ve ordered from this Dominos multiple times and two separate time they got my order completely wrong. Not just one pizza messed up… our entire order… TWICE.

I ordered from this Domino's twice. Both times it took nearly an hour for them to deliver the pizza (they're very close to my job, so why the long delievery wait?), both times forgot to put the garlic stuff on the pizza crust, this time around though, the pizza was barely cut into slices that you couldn't even pull apart the pizza without ripping it. A 5 year old could of done a better job. Oh the delivery driver highly reeked of smoke, disgusting! Not ordering from this Domino's ever again!

I just tried to order online. And I can't order online. Because the lobby is closed already. I have rewards points I wanted to use but can't. So what good are my rewards if I can't use them when I want to. I would like to know why the lobby is closed so early. Oh I did not order a thing from there. And I may not order from there ever again.

Odd that they won’t deliver to a Lewes address right off route 24. All locals know this is a Lewes adress. So many other good pizza places would recommend Nicolas or grottos. Clearly dominoes does not care about building local customers.

Pizza was late, burnt, and not cut

First time in 6 Mos we’ve ordered on line. The order was late. The Delivery was made not in a warmer bag but hand carried stacked and the entire order was cold. The Pizza was burnt. The toasted sandwich was cold and the bread stale and not toasted. The Cinnamon twist were old and stale. Essentially the entire order was so cold it wasn’t fit for human consumption. My last time ordering Dominoes.
On 9/7/23 I ordered a pizza around 10 pm. It was delivered quickly unfortunately the pizza looked like it had been dropped. All the slices were stacked on to of each other and the cheese was under the slices. I reported the problem on the app, called the store and even emailed the corporate office. Today is 9/18/23 and I still have not heard from anyone about how to resolve my problem. Your customer service skills need a little help

This Domino's was one of THE BEST I have ever eaten from. Our pizza was delicious, hot & and fresh, and the customer service was just as top notch. We were the last customers of the night and yet were treated as if we were the first. Thanks, Nate!

Walked in 2 weeks ago, for a delivery job. Was hired, or so I thought. Shirt & other uniform items were ordered. Told I would be contacted , begining of following week,after background check. Never was contacted. Followed up numerous times in person with General Mgr. Charles. What a waste of time. He does not understand what is going on, he will look into it. Well after 2 weeks I have had it. I am not a kid 66 years old. Just was looking for 20-24 hours a week, for deliveries. What and Why would you treat a perspective employee, and now former customer that way. And from what I hear, not the first time doing this either to other people. Nite to owner, you might as well turn the phone off their. He does not answer it.
