Our favorite Chinese (Cantonese) take-out place. The lady owner is so pleasant and efficient. Their cooking is the closest to the Cantonese Chinese restaurants that I grew up with ... on the west coast. Their lo mein noodles are the most similar to the "chow mein" noodles that are my comfort food! And we love their mixed veggies, too. Yummy sauteed broccoli, green bell peppers, snow peas, water chestnuts, and mushrooms.

We are from out of town (Columbia, MD) and tried this place out off of a Google search. Glad we did, this is the best American Chinese food I have had in years. Lo mein and the dumplings were fire! Moo goo gai pan, general Tao’s, sesame chicken, crab Rangoon and even the rice were all top notch delicious. We will definitely be returning when we visit regularly! Also, staff was polite, cheerful, and quick.

While the atmosphere at Hung Wang is just okay, don't let the appearance fool you—the food is much better than the place suggests. As a takeout-only spot recommended by a local hotel during my business stay, I tried the General Tso’s Chicken, an egg roll, and fried chicken wings. The food was not only hot but also exceeded expectations with generous portions. The plump chicken pieces and ample sauce made the meal truly enjoyable. I would recommend dining here, and I certainly plan to eat there again.

I recently tried Hung Wang on a recommendation from a local hotel for my business stay. This place is take out only. The atmosphere is ok but the service was good. I ordered General Tso's Chicken, an egg roll, and fried chicken wings. The food was not only hot but also delicious and generously portioned. The plump chicken pieces with ample sauce made the meal truly satisfying. I would highly recommend Hung Wang for a delightful takeout experience and would definitely eat there again.

My first time ordering here as my usual Wu's Kitchen was closed tonight. I ordered 2 items, steamed pork dumplings and house fried rice. I've never had yellow rice with fried rice but kept an open mind. The rice was under cooked (so hard) and the chicken was mushy. The dumplings were tasty but were so over loaded with salt, I couldn't have more than 1 out of the 8..

When you step into this establishment, you'll find yourself in a culinary haven where scrumptious dishes await without putting a strain on your wallet. The delightful menu offerings cater to a variety of tastes, from mouthwatering classics to innovative creations. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They not only ensure that your dining needs are met with care and precision but also create an atmosphere where you feel like a cherished guest. So, if you're seeking an affordable dining experience that doesn't compromise on taste or hospitality, this restaurant is the perfect choice for you.Parking: plenty of free parking

Disappointing experience today at Hing Wang. Got home after picking up my order (take out is only option). I was missing the Pork Fried Rice, instead received white Rice. Called to let them know, thinking they would make a note and I could get it added to my next order. Owner argued with me and said, "I'm pretty sure I put it in your bag". I told her that it was not , and she insisted she did. Oh well, mark me as a lost customer - over $7.00 Fried Rice. Like I said, disappointing...

Our first time getting takeout here while visiting Lewes Beach. Ordering was simple, portions were generous, prices were reasonable and food was excellent. Even the rice was perfect. Packed well in white containers. No complaints! Reminded us of good northern New Jersey Chinese takeout. We got Egg Foo Young, Chicken with Mixed Vegetables, Egg Drop Soup and Boneless Spare Ribs, for reference. Would most definitely eat here again.

The food was okay, though the fried rice didn’t have a lot a flavor. I wouldn’t go back there honestly.

the fried rice had turmeric a little chicken big chunks of onion and a few scallions. the fried rice needs to be prepare at the moment and it looks like it's been in a hot box or a rice cooker for a while.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered the general tso chicken. Sadly, the chicken was hard and seemed very low quality. I ended up throwing some chicken pieces out. Rice was good though. Maybe it was just an off night for the chicken, but I likely won’t be back.

chinese food was delicious, ordered through takeout and picked it up and was greeted by the really nice lady working. it's a typical chinese takeout restaurant with the pictures of the food on the wall, few seating areas, plastic shield etc. the food itself was delicious and definitely filled me up, they give generous amounts and also at a great price

After ordering and driving a half an hour home, we were so looking forward to our meal. We opened 1 item (Gen Tso Chicken) and found it to be be so salty it was inedible. I called the restraunt in which what sounded like a young man answered. I was very polite and explained how it was way too salty and that we could not eat. Inadvised that nothing else was tasted. I would like to return for a refund. I was then placed on a very long hold. The young gentleman returned and stated " It tasted fine to me sorry we don't donrefunds unless its our fault." Inexplained it is your fault as its too salty. Whe he laughed at that commet I asked if he were the owner in which he replied he was the owners son. I asked to please speak with the owner and his reply, "stop bothering us." and then hing up. Not only is the food poor quality butbthe service is deplorable! Will not return.
