I grew up in the Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes and Millsboro local areas. Graduated from Cape Henlopen class of 2003. Im so happy you folks are still doing your thing. I still go here when i am in town, and forever will. The negative reviews are just "tourons". Thank you all. Much love and respect Lemon Tree. Be back soon!

Was not impressed. There were very few people but took forever to get our order. The place didn’t seem clean and service wasn’t great. We tried this place twice and was the same both times. I won’t give one star because I’ve had worse and hey it’s a local place and most people don’t mind.

Hometown feel with good local cheesesteaks. We lost a trinket important to my son on vacation and they helped us look through the trash after closing to find it. Thank you❤️Kid-friendliness: Helped us find a lost vacation trinket.

I hate raring a place's atmosphere. It's a disservice to the little mom and pop owned eateries. Not every place is going to be peak luxury in it's atmosphere. Sometimes it's down-home simplicity. If you are looking for good homestyle cooking in an unassuming strip mall, The Lemon Tree in Lewes, DE is an absolute delight. Quick and friendly service. Good food at an extremely affordable price, this is the place.I ordered the three pancake breakfast, and the waitress said "look, these pancakes are huge. They are really big. Like the size of dinner plates, are you sure you want all three?" After pondering her advice/warning, I opted to get two pancakes at a reduced price. I should have listened. One pancake would have been more than enough. She wasn't joking about the size. As good as the pancakes are, I barely finished one. So, if you go to The Lemon Tree, and your waitress suggests maybe not getting the three pancake breakfast, listen to her. ?Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant. People of all ages are welcomed.Parking: Plenty of spots to choose from in the strip.

Very tasty meals, and also very cheap, so a very enjoyable experience overall. Will definitely be returning when I'm ableVegetarian options: Member of our party asked them for a cheese steak without meat and they delivered and she said she loved it and it was very tasty.

I've been told by friends and close ones that the Lemon Tree restaurant is a staple of Lewes, Delaware. To that they were not wrong. The food came out quickly and filled me right up preparing my properly for the long day ahead of me. The service was outstanding as they took care of our party of 8. If you are in this pretty little town I highly recommend dining here for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!p.s. they also have a library in the restaurant too!!!

Staff is polite and food is good, but the location needs a deep cleaning. Everything in the restaurant looks and feels dirty. No kids menu but prices are very reasonable.

So I personally didn't eat here and after just parking and the lady coming out and screaming at me I wouldn't want to step foot in that place. We were going to Lewes waveless beach....well trying to. We have alot of kids with us and two vehicles and parking was full at the beach. We pulled into a near by parking lot to get drinks from a store there and to feed our children while we figured out our next plan since the one we had didn't go as planned. We no sooner step out of the vehicle to go into a store and the lady in the Lemon Tree Restaurant comes out yelling we couldn't park there for the beach....we said ok were not and we can read (as there a was signs saying parking is for customers, not designated to the restaurant anyways) my husband goes into the store and the lady comes out screaming again and calls the cops. The cops come and we tell them what happened showed them our receipt to prove we were customers. The police were very nice and let us feed our children before leaving the parking lot. again I personally didn't eat here but after how the owner of this place presented herself I wouldn't ever. Who knows....I could have very easily been going into that place but she would have never known with how she came our yelling. I would prefer food made with love anyway

It's a small town southern Delaware restaurant...that means good food and a friendly staff that treats you like they've known you for a while. They know how to cook scrapple properly. ?Parking: Plenty of spaces in a large lot shared with other businesses.
