Definitely not as good as Metro Steak & Seafood even though the menu was the same! Service was incredibly slow, bacon wrapped Filet was undercooked, they were out of mashed potatoes, so instead of asking what other side we would like, they replaced and brought out risotto without asking and barely gave any green beans. Very disappointing overall
The waiter was nice. However the food was backed up and the staff complained about the service being provided, the lack of support, and how the business was going downhill directly to us. Unprofessional at an all time high

Everything that could go wrong did! They had kids running the place. It was really bad. Both entrees we ordered they were out of. My husband got his steak and I never got my sea bass and after I canceled my entree and shared his steak, I saw people eating sea bass! They came in after me. I messaged the owner on Facebook messenger 3 days ago still no response! Save your money!

We came for the steak since they call themselves a steak house and they had none. The ambience was very unattractive in the music room. Also there was a large party there that was so loud I could barely hear myself think. We ended up leaving and not ordering our entree.

We chose to sit in the side room but that would be better for drinks and music... main dining room better for dinner. Food and service were excellent!!! Didn't stay long for music but will come back when Tony Mowen is there again.

Ordered appetizers after 29 minutes there. One appetizer came out and we never received our drinks, or the other appetizer. Sat for 45 minutes before leaving money for the appetizer and walking out. Sad. I loved this place but it has gotten worse the last couple of times
Wait staff seemed very overwhelmed with no support from management. No drink menus or review of specific were provided when we were seated. It took almost 30 min to get drinks and place our food order. seemed we were not the only tables having a problem with service. Over an hour later the food was served with one meal coming out 15min later than all others, and another (a salad) served with 3 slices of a chicken and an apple slice that still had the produce sticker on it. We asked to speak with the manager and were told they were too busy in the kitchen (restaurant was about half empty at this point). We are repeat customers but not sure after this weekend.

Food was excellent but there was a long wait. It was New Year's Eve however it was starting to clear out as we were waiting. The service was not good, we were asked by our waitress if our order was taken and if we received our salads. We did eventually receive everything we ordered after asking but the food was good. Unfortunately we saw two tables pay for their drinks and leave.

We waited 2hrs and 40 minutes for our food to come out. It was cold. My steak- NY strip was so fatty you couldn't eat it. 1 of our friends ordered a burger medium well. It was raw, only cooked on 1 side. We ordered 2 appetizers of coconut shrimp. There were 4 medium size shrimp on each plate for $16.99 each. I don't mind paying more money but I want quality food. We have eaten here quite a few times and service is usually slow but this was ridiculous. They offered us 20% off of our entree, not off all the food we ordered. I guess that's something. Oh, the apps came about an hr after we were seated.

Should have listen to previous reviews. Food and ambiance were good but waiting over an hr after being seated for appetizers to come out and then another 1/2 for meal to come out was ridiculous. 2 hrs 15 min overall is not acceptable.
It is priced like a fine dining restaurant, but the bright lights make it feel more like a diner. Dimmers on the dining room lights and candles would go a long way into catching up the ambiance of a fine dining venue to match the menu. Enjoyed the service and the food!

It took a long time for our food to come out and I wish our server checked on us more. We ran out of water and drinks before our food then had to wait for our drinks when we had the food, then she forgot my friends soda. She was very kind thought.

Disappointed!! Was looking forward to this anniversary dinner and was highly disappointed. There were 3 tables total in the dining room 10 people and it took an hour to get food and it was nothing special. Service was slow and not good. We did not ask for much
Being told we could not use a $100 gift card we got last year for Christmas was beyond ridiculous. The new owners should have taken prior patrons into consideration. We will not be back!

It was a nice quiet experience over a great meal. I had Rockfish/Striper with an added crab cake and it filled me up. My wife enjoyed her meal as well. Service was top notch. We enjoyed how quiet it was. Conversation could be held without being drowned out by loud music. It was a good night out.
