I visited Burger King recently and tried the Impossible Burger combo. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed dining experience. We wanted to give it a second chance to this location. Stay away from it. The worst two whoppers that we have ordered. Over salted and overcooked meat. Both were smashed together and looked so slim. Fries got rotten smell/taste of mold as some of vegetables on a whoppers. We could not finish even half of it. Everything went to the trash. Nuggets felt like a cat food.

Roll on burger was hard and dry. Burger was still good. But they need to do something to keep bread fresher. Fries were cold! So this burger location is rated poor quality. Slow service. No pride in their work!!!

I purchased 2 double cheese burgers and medium onion rings. My onion rings were colder than the zesty dipping sauce I ordered with them. My double cheeseburgers were so inconsistent they taste different. The first one tasted like they just decided to reheat it. The second one was okay and that’s the only reasoning I didn’t go back in for a refund (I ate in the parking lot). There’s a reason they are on such a busy street and are right next to a development, yet the parking lot is completely empty except employee cars. I won’t be back. What a waste of $9.87. I don’t see an option to post pics but I have them ! Lady at the window as nice. Gave 2 stars for service. Other than that this place should be shut down.

Welp.... It's time to see this place close Down!!! No need to re-train or re-staff! It's a little too late for that! The workers seem like they just don't want to Work. At one time... The food was EXCELLENT and HOT! Now, luke warm at best! It's sad.... This was my go-to spot whenever I was in Middletown!!

Came to this location Tuesday 2/6, I come to this location every week while shopping and running errands, the heavy set gentleman whom is a manager is always friendly and polite, when I come in he is always smiling and always so professional. I stopped coming to this location before because the experience was not too good but since he has been here I enjoy coming in and dining in. Every time I come he sees me coming in the parking lot and already has my order typed in, he even remember I am a senior from Spring Harbor

This is easily the worst Burger King I’ve been too. Went through the drive thru just to wait around front for 15 mins and then get home to find no straws, ice cold fries, and incorrect burgers. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
