I mean its your average Dunkin. The employees are pretty nice but they often mess up orders and don’t do anything to make it better. One time I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me an entire cup of cold milk then got angry with me when I requested an actual hot chocolate. The food is good though and usually made fresh. On the off chance that your coffee is made correctly, its usually pretty good too.

They smiled as they gave me straight warm sweet milk one night before a 12 hour shift at amazon . Then they did it again. I feel targeted and I'd never really been there a bunch yet. I'd go before work and it was a toss up and I think they added stuff to my drink I didn't ask for and it freaks me out bc that's how folks get poisoned or given high bacteria foods that aren't properly handled and have things you don't know are in it could be anything if they felt if they can just serve someone milk for that price.... I'd honestly only Go here if it's dire to have coffee, and then still make sure you check it before you leave that window.. Especially if u are to drive long distance and are tired or working a demanding shift and expected to perform at a certain rate and risk of injury if not alert. These folks don't know that messing with someone like this can have an effect much greater the suffering over what petty grudge you hold on customer service. To maybe find another job if you don't enjoy what you do at least a little to have some dignity in what you server as your own personal mark in the food industry. Or at least to do ones own part.

Typical of most Dunkins but when I got there the drive thru was not moving and quite long. I parked and went inside instead. There were more than enough workers so not sure why the line was slow. I counted at least 7 people in there. Anyway I order a coffee and donut. Got the donut promptly but the coffee took 6 minutes?

I come here often these days and everytime I order an iced coffee your cashier makes it how I like it every single time without even telling them. I don’t know his name and it’s not on the receipt but he has dyed blond curly like hair, he’s amazing and gave me great customer service I’ll always come here!!

One of the worst Dunkin' experiences I've ever had! I went in due to the drive through lane being insanely long, I placed a online order waited half a hour for it and the whole time they never looked at the ticket once all the while only worrying about the drive through lane.one worker was on her phone the entire time with her AirPods in the others were completely ignoring the people inside the store and after 2 people walked out that got there after me they finally gave me my coffees and munchkins the coffee was completely wrong like I got someone else's coffee I ordered French vanilla but it tasted like pecan there was no cold foam on top of anything. Normally Dunkin is my favorite coffee stop but this Dunkin I will never go to again.
