They don't slice bagels on weekends. I ordered 1/2 bagels they I was told they won't slice them because I wasn't getting anything on them. So I went somewhere.

Food is good but ridiculously overpriced especially for the amount of food I got. I literally got 3 Begal sandwiches 1 plain Beagal, 2 small smoothies and 2 cranberry juices and was charged over $50.00 . I'm from NY and I guess they're keeping up the price with their name because most restaurants in midtown Manhattan are pretty pricey...
Now that was one hell of a bagel locks and cream cheese.

When you stand in line and SEE the type and quantity of bagels you want to purchase but are told you can't buy them. So you walk out and suddenly they find they have more in the back? I haven't been here in over a year because of HORRIBLE service & ridiculous price gouging. Unable to leave ZERO stars.

Hours state they are open until 2pm. I went at 130pm and the door was locked and a closed sign posted; however I saw workers inside. Bad business practice.
