I ordered a concrete cookie blast today and the cups are already small and my order was about a little more than half full which is a lot different than the picture . For $6.29 it should be full like the photo on the wall.The people working there are very nice, I just felt short changed.

The Italian ice isn’t the smoothest I’ve had but the flavors are awesome. The custard is very smooth and creamy but has fewer flavors available. Still, we come back regularly when we’re in the mood for a cold treat.

We had a terrible experience at the Rita's in Middletown, DE at 6:30pm on 6/13. The employee "helping" us was extremely rude, we felt like we were doing something wrong by being there. She could not be bothered to stand up straight or look at us when taking our order. She rolled her eyes when making the ice, yelled at us to use the POS from the other side of the shop, and looked like she would rather be anywhere else the entire time. There are plenty of companies hiring, if she is that miserable she should not be in a customer facing role.

If you haven't been here you must go. Like right now!!!! It's amazing. It's a 30 minute ride for me from where I live. If it was closer I would be at Rita's everyday.
