Staff and drive through workers were very professional, polite and helpful when placing my order. Food was hot and ready to go when we got to the front of the line. Highly recommend Chick-fil-A.

First let me say the did and service was fantastic! However I do have an issue. I’ve eaten here many times and I never seat in the booth beside the door until tonight. They have way too many employees just standing around and talking to each other. Now I think that’s bad enough but the employees also take up any where from 1 to 3 booths at all times. Sometimes one. Or two are literally laying on the seat and of course on their phones. One booth tonight their usual one by the way was busy with several running back and forth talking and laughing. If they are not actually at the booth then they have their phones plugged in and a soda or two on the table so no one can use that booth. The place is not that large so taking up 1 to 3 booths is a bit much. I’m sure there is another area that could be used for breaks or lunch. Just way too many of the employees blocking the door and the path between the tables and booths. When you have to say excuse me to throw away your trash because they are too busy talking and laughing then something is not right.

Dietary restrictions: They red flag (change gloves and tongs) for Celiac safe food. The owners, managers, and staff are fantastic. This is the only Chick-Fil-A I trust to keep my Epipen unused.

Food and employees were great. No issues on that end. Just a store policy issue. A odd one at that.My complaint is to the owner of the location and his policy. My wife went to the bathroom and for some reason a guy went in shortly after asking if anyone was inside. When I approached the workers about the situation they advised me that he was the cleaner and that was his responsibility. I think that’s wrong on so many levels. You have many females working there. Any one of them can go in to the female restroom and ask that question, and then let the cleaner know it’s all clear.Aside from that, the store is pretty small and few people were there. How can you,the cleaner, not know if anyone walked towards the bathroom. I find it hard to believe it’s hard to keep tabs on people walking in and out of the bathroom when literally 5 total customers were present.We find it a very strange policy and really hope they can change this bc I’m sure no other woman wants a man to come into the bathroom while she’s utilizing it. It’s weird and it has to stop.
Not open on a Sunday. These places always give me Jonestown Massacre vibes with the forced "my pleasure" garbage they force employees to say - don't drink the koolaid. Food is good at least.

The worse chic fil A I haven’t ever visited. The manager was rude. Food was cold and they forgot my items. Will not be back paid 30 bucks for bad service.
The staff are always in a good mood and ask how I am doing. The food is consistently good, unlike other restaurants.
