I had the peach ring tea and it was literally the best tea I’ve had thus far. I love how accommodating they were when it came to my allergies. I wanted to try their protein waffle so bad so they pulled out a brand new waffle maker so that I wouldn’t get cross contamination (peanut allergy). Such sweet people and everything I had tasted amazing.
Tammey and Terri are both amazing ladies. They serve up some refreshing Lifted teas and some very filling smoothie bowls. One of my absolute favorite places. They are always inviting, friendly and caring. Thank you two for being you!!

It was my first visit and I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. The ladies took their time and explained every detail with me until I decided on something. It was delicious. I got a Acai bowl with some substituting and they were very patient. I will absolutely be back. Probably tomorrow. ?
