Food was edible, however, after taking our money, they told us to pull around and they'd bring the order out. 20 minutes later, half an hour after ordering per the time on the receipt. We walked in for a refund and our food was sitting on the counter, apparently forgotten. Last time we went, they were literally out of chicken however that works at a restaurant that primarily serves chicken.

I'm from out of state and visiting, things were okay, there was no working bathroom and it's very strange that employees are allowed to smoke weed indoors. It filled up the whole waiting room and I had 2 kids with me so we went to the car to eat instead because it was so strong. Def not gonna eat inside this location if smoking is allowed indoors.

Ordered the new nuggets, for 9.99 they were miniscule and not worth the money. Also ordered 2 breasts and told the guy I'd pay extra, I had a breast and wing but was charged 2 breasts. Ordered a diet Pepsi but got a regular instead. Food was bland and subpar. KFC in Georgetown and Harrington are way better. Don't waste your time in Milford.

These people behind the counter do not pay attention. They didnt make my mobile order u til i got there 45 mi utes later and then after reminding them to make sure i had everything, they still forgot my biscuits. This is ridiculous. Its not that hard to read an order and make it with everything included

My kids used to love KFC but this one is absolutely HORRIBLE, I don't know how they're even still open at this point, for at least the past year their food and service has been awful, the people that work there don't care at all and close whenever they want to, I know several people that work at DoorDash that even refuse to pick up an order from there no matter how much the pay is. They need to be shut down or completely re-staffed.

Take your order and have you park with over 7 other cars waiting as well and more behind. Waiting 28 minutes. This place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Food is AWFUL AND WAS BROUGHT OUT

Terrible people waiting on me terrible wait time this franchise needs shutting down bad attitude people wait on you then make you pull over then had to wait over 30 minutes then the guy didn’t know what car had what order. The lady waiting on me was very rude.

9/2023 Update to below. Place sucks. Menu items which every other Taco Bell has they claim they do not make. On the KFC end, terrible too. Ordered a 3-piece extra crispy and received 2 pieces one was original, one crispy. Both tasted like they were cooked 5 hours prior in oil from the previous day. Staff try their best but at this point it would be better to close this store down than to have the temptation of even trying to order something from them. 0 stars. They steal your money by not giving you the food you order. CLOSE THIS LOCATION.Update to review below: Following the renovation the KFC Taco Bell team has turned things around. There are a few hiccups of non available items, one day their fryer was down, but generally the wait time is shorter now.If there are 3 cars in front of you, expect to spend 30+ minutes before you leave with your chicken...if they even have it. One night at 6 PM, they had no chicken. A different night at 6:30 PM, they had no mashed potatoes. It's always something with this location. Workers were cordial enough. Maybe the manager has a no waste policy and when they're out for what they precooked they're out. Blame is definitely on the manager for a poorly run operation.
