Usually my sister has interactions with the staff here regarding our mother's care, and I can't speak for her or my mother's opinion of Milford Place. However, I recently had an interaction I'd like to rate/report. I had a cut and dry question. I called last week/Friday, left my name & number, name of the resident, and my question, and asked for a call back. No call back three business days later/Wednesday, so I called again. Left the exact same message asking for a call back. Still no call back. Today/Thursday, I called again. This time no one even answered the phone!! I am not very happy with responsiveness of this business.

Please do not put your family members in here! It’s torture. My mom had to call the ambulance on herself because she couldn’t breathe. Why would you treat her this way.

Milford Place has been a Blessing from God for my Mom and our family. As my mom's Dementia continues to progress, the staff (which is so caring) is attentive to her and her needs (medical, physical, mental, whatever).This is mom's 3rd assisted living provider, and one of the many good differences here is the staff (can't say enough good things about the staff) they go door to door, getting mom (and the other residents) as involved as possible for whatever activity or event is going on.Milford Place does their best to keep us informed and let us know when family events, covid stuff, or any item that pertains to mom is happening.God Bless Milford Place!

Milford Place is amazing! I have been bringing my dogs in to visit the residents, and never have seen so many smiles. The residents really enjoy when animals come in and give them love! All the staff is always so warm and welcoming!

I highly recommend Milford Place! Every person that works there is so kind and friendly. From the receptionist, cafe employees, nurses, aides to the administration, every single person puts a smile on their face and couldn’t be more helpful. They took amazing care of my mom. Most days I went there she had an aide sitting right next to her. They have lots of activities and live entertainment. Love Milford Place!!!

My favorite Italian restaurant here in lower Delaware. Portions are like the ones that your Italian grandmother would cook. I've had better Italian food before mostly in Brooklyn but this place has it pretty close.
