We were visiting the area and wanted Chinese food. We ordered chicken fried rice, general tso, and 4 veggie springs rolls. The food was ok. The fried rice was bland had to pay extra for peas and carrots. The general tso was good and the veggie spring rolls were ok.

We moved from New Jersey to Delaware last fall and struggle to find restaurants not serving slop. We are very picky about quality food and taste. No 1 Chinese food is excellent, enjoyed 5 dinners so far. Their wonton, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, general Tao chicken were all excellent. My only gripe is having to use DoorDash for delivery. These delivery drivers don't care if your food arrives hot or if it spilled all over in the bag. Why don't DE restaurants use in house delivery staff?!! We won't order from them if we have to have it delivered, we pick another spot with in house delivery staff.

I just started working in the area and I am glad there is a Chinese place close by. Their food is not bad, they are clean, and fast. I would recommend them.

Folks, it No. 1. Do you want to go to a No. 2 restaurant? Typical Chinese food joint. Don't look beyond the counter. If you do, remember that it adds to the flavor.

There crab cheese wonton were burnt and oily they looked as if they had been sitting there for a while? they weren’t good. I ordered two spring rolls which were “disgusting” ?I don’t know what they put in them but it was mushy and sticky no crunch like vegetables should have!!!! They really taste bad like some type of chemical was in them, so I threw them out!! I was seriously disappointed with this restaurant at least with these two items. I gave them one star because I had too ?I wouldn’t have given them any stars otherwise.

I'm extremely picky when it comes to Chinese food... You can't dine in but have to admit it brought back some memories back in my Bklyn days. The food is excellent and even better is the sweet and charming oriental lady who always greets her regulars with great love, giving that added touch to a perfect meal and experience. Try them, you won't regret it
