The manager/owner is rude. I had a bad encounter before and didn’t go for awhile but then today I went back saying maybe she was just having a bad day that day but no she’s rude. First she said I can’t use my point unless I spend money but I had already purchased my order in the app which didn’t stop me or require a purchase. So I said I’d place another order in the app she says no you have to place it with me. Then all of a sudden, she claimed I was talking to low and she couldn’t hear me but when I spoke louder she says stop screaming I still can’t hear you. Idk why she is in a business that requires customer service when she is so rude. Then my fries was cold they gave me the wrong side items. It’s like she’s trying to push customers away or just thinks it’s ok to treat ppl any kind of way. I used to think she was nice but now she’s just rude.Then when I called back and spoke with the husband about how rude she was he says “I’m sry you feel that way” instead of taking accountability for her actions. I’ll never return here because they’ll keep treating ppl any kind of way as long as they get our money.

I went to Popeyes today, I used 200 points for 2 biscuits. The man was being nasty with me because I didn't buy anything. I only used my points to get something for free. First I left and then I turned around telling him that I'm confused why I need to buy something if I used my points. I asked was I going to get my points back. Then he told me to come to the window. He said I'll give you your food this time but, next time you need to buy something. All the other times I went to this restaurant, I never had a problem but today smh.
