Never going back again, came home with a bed bug!!!!!! . I start by saying this was my only outing today, I got dressed and come out for dinner and went home. My food was good at the restaurant, service was a little slow and it appeared my server was the only one working tonight. He was very friendly and pleasant, but was always expressing how many other places he needed to be tonight. But once home, I started to itch, and thought something was bitting me, then I look down and there was a bug crawling on me, I ran to get the bug of and noticed it was a bed bug. Never will I ever dine at this restaurant again. Completely traumatized.

I visit this Ruby Tuesdays nearly every week. The food is good, but the service is excellent. Jessica always takes great care of me. She provides quick, friendly service and is hilarious. Being a regular, she remembers what I drink and will typically have it ready for me when I walk in if she sees me pull in the lot. She's a breathe of fresh air after a long work day. She's definitely the reason I keep going in as often as I do.

Salad bar was good but burgers and fries way over done must have been under heat lamp for over a half an hour service was slow and terrible a line was out the door as they were making everyone wait an half hour before you could enter and many tables were

Very, very friendly, family atmosphere. Great selection on menu. Lettuce in one bowl was a little wilted but it was after the dinner rush. Would definitely go back again.

What has happened with this Ruby Tuesday location? This was always a busy well run location. Over the past year the building and parking lot has turned into an untamed mess. The parking lot is full of weeds and cigarette butts. The exterior of the building is faded with rotting wood. The interior furnishes are worn out. The chairs are filthy. The salad bar is still great, but the food for the price has gone down hill. $15 for 4 small chicken tends with cold fries.

We were traveling, stopped in for lunch. Not many patrons inside. Got seated, got drinks, ordered.....more than 40 minutes went by, still not served. Went to see the manager. Waited 5 more minutes. Never saw the manager, never were served, got up and left. Ridiculous. We certainly know where "not" to go in the future.

I only come here when I know Jess is behind the bar, best server/bartender you will ever encounter. Everything always comes out in a timely manner and drinks are always on point.
