I am always afraid of Taco Bells and the one in Milford more so the personnel are great but have often ( 4 times) sent me home without something or wrong items and I live too far to return calling to complain useless. and Kentucky Fried is a like for me once a month. I do not enjoy commercial Mexican food much. I will pay a bit more for more authenticity in taste. I eat there for I hate myself days and financial reasons or use too it has increased price wise.
I'm not expecting haute cuisine, but I do expect the chicken not to be borderline burnt and dried out.

Really disappointing. Short staffed. Waited 30 minutes for a drive thru order and they forgot an item. My tacos were cold and soggy. Staff was apologetic, but obviously overwhelmed.

Employees don't understand basic math. The manager is very unprofessional..Avoid this restaurant at all costs..Very Dirty Restaurant..Idiots can't even make a taco properly and this is Taco Bell. Avoid!!!?

It was very terrible, I spent several weeks with my husband ? at Drive tru, especially the workers, they prepared the food very ugly and very cold. They took forever and they even forget the orders after they send you to wait in the parking lot. We had to go in to ask. There were several times, we were able to see that the workers consume drugs and smoke during work hours. You must do something please?.

The Mexican pizza tastes like dogfood, would not order.
It's been a while since I visited this location. The inside has been updated it's now clean and modern. The service was slow and our food was cold. There was a lot less chicken and filling is my chalupa and less meat and filling in my taco for more $$.

I went here for the first time last night. It took 20 minutes for them to bring my food out, the food was cold, and there was the tip of a blue glove in my 5 layer burrito. Worst Taco Bell I ever had. Don’t go here.

The manager was extremely rude. Come to find out, I am not the first person she was rude to. The other "elderly" lady reported her to Corporate. Apparently unsuccessfully. She still there mistreating the "regular" customers such as myself!! No one was wearing a name tag either! I thought that was protocol now for public servants I guess if I had her attitude, I wouldn't"t wear one either. I've been going there for decades. I guess that's OK with Taco Bell!
