I've gone here every now and then for the past 2 years or so, and honestly, I think the taste of your burger will probably be dependent on whoever cooks it.More often than not, I felt like my burgers lacked salt. The patties themselves were bland, tasteless and boring. The inconsistency, coupled with their higher-than-average prices ($5 for a drink? No combos? Seriously?) Is the reason I stopped going.I remember their fries being extremely mediocre as well, unfortunately. It's a generic fast food (BK, McDonald's, etc) place in disguise without the benefit of in-app discounts. I mean, not unless you spend $100 lol.... I love the Cajun tots tho. They're crispy and flavorful. Diamonds in the rough, I tell ya.

I've been to other wayback burgers in the past and have had great experiences. This location was good but it wasn't to the level I've come to expect. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly. The burbon bacon burger was ok but I would probably choose a different option next time as I thought the bacon should have been cooked longer and the sauce didn't really taste like bourbon. The double bacon burger was also ok but was greasy.I will say the shake that I got was the highlight of the meal but I wished it was a little larger

Came in for a late lunch 3pm on Monday, March 25th.......stood at the counter for a good 5-7 minutes, girl in the back and guy out standing at the door where she was....we looked over the menu and decided on a burger and cheese steak.....no service, no acknowledgement from either employee. We decided to leave, not a word from the employees. There were 4 people in the restaurant and it didn't appear to be that busy. We have been there before and have had okay service in the past but we have decided our $30 can be spent some where else. We probably will not be back.....

If I could give it zero stars I would. Wow what a complete disappointment. I waited over 30 mins for my food and I did not complain or ask question until the 6 customers behind me in line got there orders first. When I went to ask about the wait I was told my food was almost done. When I asked about my bacon being under cooked I was told this was the best it was going to get. Such rude service. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! The female at the counter was nice though and apologized she needs to be fired tho.

This was my second visit. First visit was just ok (not the greatest customer service), but the food was good, so I went back today. While I waited for my food, the staff were loudly gossiping about someone and the gossip was a bit violent and disturbing. They only stopped long enough to call my name for my food pickup. Then started right back again. People just don't need to listen to that garbage when they go some place to eat. I probably won't go back.
First of all I placed my order online so the atmosphere I gave 4 starts because I've been there before. Food was ok not great. I asked that my mom's classic burger to be a single got a double qith mustard which she doesn't like. My fries were cold when they got here. But the part that I didn't like the most is the delivery person left my food on the front step in the rain. I asked for them to go to my back porch and to hand me the food, not just leave it on a wet step in the rain.
