The food is ok but the dinning area needs to be keep clean and the drink area also needs to be kept better no sweat tea and fountain not working. Table service should include the drinks not empty cups.

Serves raw food. Manager is clearly broke miserable and being cheated on. And fat pierced fake blonde with the bad highlights needs omzepic and an attitude adjustment. It’s literally no wonder they work at McDonald’s.

The management is very rude! I called the store asking for holiday hours and I got told to “hold on because were busy” then hanged up on me. I knew that was a bad sign but still went anyways. The bathrooms were dirty, and saw not one BUT TWO roaches in the establishment. I let one of the workers know and they just looked at me and walked away WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK!

It does not matter which McDonalds you go to on the Eastern Shore of Maryland they serve the same over cooked burgers, nuggets, and 50% of the time, French fries. As with everything else they are way over priced for the food that they serve. I rarely eat at the fast food restaurants anymore, they are all the same. The problems come down to the ownership and management. Pricing is overkill, it is okay to make money but it is not okay to stick it to the customer in price and lose food.

My local McDonald's I have dined up for years has for the most part always been one of my number one lower budget options for a quick meal in the past recent few years the customer service has not been as great I haven't been treated as well as I should I even had an experience where I had a manager tell me he was going to replace an incorrect order and to come to the restaurant and once I got there after explicitly telling me to come then at that time and I arrived within 15 minutes of that request told me once I arrived he wasn't going to replace my order for anything at all without a receipt and had had me come there for absolutely nothing rather than say that on the phone and after agreeing on the phone that it would be replaced then not only wasted my time & lied to me but close the window in my face
This mcdonalds is very good with mobile orders. Ready right away. I however was very disappointed when i got the mcrib and it was on a bun instead of the roll. Half of the meat was hanging out of the bun.
