I don't know what happened. I ordered at 630 pm, got a couple of texts, one said pizza was delayed and the other said pizza was on it's way, but the 2nd text was from doordash. I didn't realize that I was 1 1/2 miles away, so I drove there. Door dash dude was sitting in the parking with my lukewarm pizza. I took the pizza. I didn't get the name of the Papa John's employee, there was only one, he apologized profusely, offered free soda, free dessert, and would make a fresh pie. I said to just take off the delivery charge, and we went back into the store, and the door dash dude followed. As I was waiting for the receipt, the employee said forget it, the whole thing is free. He was very professional and very kind. That is why I gave 5 stars to him. The door dash dude seemed confused, but this review is not for him.

We ordered a pizza online delivery which we do all the time.when the pizza came we opened and crust was not brown it was raw.The cheese wasn't even melted.we were shocked that can make you sick..Almost like it was made and not cooked.We thought maybe they had new cook.It was terrible could not eat..It needs to be addressed.

Don't order pizza from here! We've lived in the area for less than a year and we love Papa John's pizza so we've ordered delivery maybe a dozen times hoping "it will be better this time", but never again. Delivery time is usually over an hour and a half after ordering (double what the estimate says when ordering most times), and when it is delivered, the order is consistently wrong. But by that time you don't even want to complain because replacement would take over another hour.

I ordered garlic knots and who ever prepared the dish made the sauce that was suppose to be contained on the garlic knots so watery that it literally oozed through each open corners of the box and didn’t put the wax paper to properly protect the wet ingredients (sauce) from leaking. Needless to say paying money for poor service. Now I have the garlic sent in my car
Pizza tastes fine, workers always ready my food before its ready. So I always have to stand and wait for another 10 minutes. Today I ordered 4 cheese cups and received none. Instead I got 3 marinara cups and 3 garlic. The worker told me she didn't want to deal with the cheese. So I'm not sure what that means. But I don't know as though I can bring myself to go back anymore when the workers don't care for their jobs, I can't care for their jobs. ? definitely would loved to have some cheese. Especially with my 10 breadsticks. Now I have heartattack garlic sauce and fingered up marinara.

The staff was behind, and rude. Food was like a 30 minute wait. The bread sticks were very hard and the chicken was cold and has barley any sauce. They have done better just the staff was not it this time.
