The worst customer service ever, it looks like they are training to scam customers with their “promotions”After I paid more than $40 for a family tender meal for 2. I ask for an extra ranch and she told me it was 25 cents each.The woman at the register was mean and have no manners and no teeth. I ask for the manager and after I explained everything, she doesn’t even care. Never ever again.

The point in making an online order is to avoid lines and that your food is ready when you get to the store. That's not the case with this particular location. Food is good, service is what you can expect from any Popeyes, but what's the deal with NOT preparing the online order as they are received? 4 out of 5 orders that I've made from this location I had to wait over 20 minutes because they didn't bothered to check the tickets for the online pickups. Today was the last straw. I showed at the drive thru 30 minutes after my order was placed. Not ready, had to wait. After 15 minutes, I went inside to ask, THEY STILL HAD NOT STARTED TO MAKE THE ORDER! Over an hour for a single 5 piece chicken order? Come on. Ah, and of course, no apologies from any of the staff. Unacceptable.

I understand as a food service worker that when closing time approaches that the staff are preparing to close. However, at 9:31 when I asked if it was possible to have fresh wings . I was told No, I repeated my question to clarify because the store closes at 10pm. She did not reply until I asked a 3rd time and young lady replied NO with a stern and irritated tone .The service at this particular store is always poor but the food is what brings customers like myself back. However, laziness and poor customer service skills in this profession is unreasonable. With nearly 30 minutes left on the clock customers are turned away smh.Do better Millsboro Popeyes.

The store manager not very customer service friendly. She always has an attitude and this has been my time that I am done buying food from there. They charge me for a lemonade $.70 extra, which is the difference between it’s a fountain drink which is a rip off. Besides that they had no ice it, I was already done with her attitude, not very friendly place at all.

I don't like when I go to a restaurant and they always have the air condition on especially when it's the winter months and early spring it makes no sense to me and us being older people why would you have the air on air conditioner on and the prices are way too high it's like going to Kentucky Fried Chicken the prices are freaking outrageous I came back from overseas thinking that I can get a meal that's a decent price and actually I got two pieces of chicken and coleslaw and a biscuit and a drink for $11 I will never go there again I love Popeyes Chicken but I'm not going to pay $11 for two pieces of chicken and a biscuit and coleslaw that's just insane because outside of this country the prices at restaurants or even going to groceries or like paying the same price if I was living back in the 1920s. It makes no sense for these prices to be this high and they blame it on the coronavirus well the virus has been it's still around but it's not as bad as it was in the beginning so what's the reason now for these high prices there is none they just use that excuse so they can up their prices like Kentucky I don't know any chicken places anymore that you can get it decent platter for a decent price it's just too high in this country everything is high and now the older people are coming out of retirement because they can't afford their retirement and that's the sadness of it all.

Went here to grab a quick bite while on a road trip. Ordered spicy chicken meal, and after we paid, we were told it would take 18 minutes to cook the chicken, took roughly 30 minutes to get our order, and it was very salty. Staff seemed disinterested and lacked good quality service.

Quality of food was very good but there were a lot of items out of stock (Unsweetened Iced Tea, Mango Lemonade, etc.). All the workers were very friendly and helpful.

Popeyes in Millsboro, De has to be the best popeyes in Sussex county. The restaurant is always clean. The employees are always clean, friendly and willing to help you. The food is always fresh. I visit this location everyday for lunch. I love this place and can't imagine dining anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable too.Parking: There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is always clean.

Online order placed at 7:26pm and was supposed to be ready by 7:59pm. With how slow the drive thru was moving, I finally got to the window 8 minutes later (8:07 pm), to be told that they were out of chicken and it would be another 15-20 minutes. 1 hour to fulfill an order is absurd. Glad I wasted 20 minutes driving each way, to leave empty handed.
