Ordered a new item. I tried the CHEESY CHICKEN CRISPANADA. Almost $4 and a complete waste of money. It was far from crispy. Very small and literally lacked filling. It was sitting under a warmer for way to long.

I went through the drive thru and mikayla H. Was in the window says our ticket. She was so rude! It was a huge inconvenience for her to swap out one of our teas to unsweetened as both were ordered that way. She argued that it wasn't sweet she poured it, but it was and then she switched to to the correct one then we tried to hand her back the sweet tea and she says I'm not taking that back and slams the window. Then to top it off the crunch wrap was full of sour cream and no meat or lettuce!!! This was and awful experience.

Quality ranges from decent to foul. Last week I had a Mexican pizza that was made with tortillas fried in rancid oil or just sat around for a year or two. But I've also had many perfect pizzas in the past. There are clearly issues with consistency and quality.

No hot sauce period which is crazy! Did not receive 2 extra cheese that was paid for!! The Baja blast was not Baja blast! Crunch wraps were so small, if I wanted an empty wrap I would have just ordered a tortilla!! Truly terrible! People suck!!
