“Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the menu and offered us samples on items we wanted to try. This place is fantastic. The food was delicious. We got gumbo, pulled pork sandwich, jambalaya, and red beans with smoked sausage.“
“Liked St George's, went twice, 1st time they had live music. 3 different artist/bands and really enjoyed food and entertainment. Second time went earlier, before music started just to eat. Small place but a fun experience, one fellow was covering the bar and tables. Service was slow but not a problem. Pastrami rueban was good and the jambalaya tasted ok but was rather thick, kind of expected it to be wetter. Taste was good though. Had a nice early dinner.“
“I cannot recommend this place enough. Our waiter Marlin was just fantastic and knowledgeable about the menu. He told me that the gulf coast seafood enchiladas was one of his favorites but it was going to be heavy. He was 100% spot on for that. But damn, Cajun and Mexican fusion... Nice. I am definitely coming back here the next time I'm in Delaware.“
“Didn’t know what this place was when I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great. The atmosphere was beautiful. The little bowling alley up front is so cute. The architecture of the building is stunning. I got the chicken and waffles and they are by far the best i’ve ever had.“
“very laid back ,casual atmosphere. Large bar in main dining area. plac was clean and well kept. 3/8 visit for dinner first time there. good menu mostly fried items but reasonably priced and tasty. Everyone in our party of three enjoyed their entrees. the Crab fries were excellent. The Shrimp Po boy had a generous amount of shrimp on it The fried shrimp entree was large and tasty. I had the Softshell Crab Taco, it was a different twist on a favorite. The waiter was polite and quick. he came back several times to check on us. We definitely will return there to sample other entrees .“
“Feels like I'm on Bourbon Street here. Great food, drunks, service, and atmosphere. One thing though, their fabulous "red beans and rice" are no longer being served. This was a big disappointment for my wife and I, who get that every time. We vote it be brought back, as it's a New Orleans staple and basic to a creole diet. Thank You.“
