I did not know toasted coconuts were brown dounuts or I would have sent the white donuts back. They untoasted but I don't blame the server cause the rack he pulled from said toasted coconut. So the person who load the racks needs to check

I was cool until I got in my car. I decided to eat my meal in the car. The sandwich was cold. In the middle it was really cold. The coffee roll was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. I just threw it away. They are usually on point.

What happened? So sad to find out the only DD left with in house baked donuts is no longer doing that. Why do you have a bakery in the back if you don’t utilize it? Are you retarted? We usually stop by this Dunkin when it's on our way. It's the last coffee shop before taking a highway.This is a big Dunkin. There is a bathroom with a coded lock. The coffee & refreshers are good. Food made there good. They fired the bakers so no more fresh donuts except 4AM...afternoon, evening. They are frozen & thaw. The girls bake the bagels & finish the donuts though. And the night shift is the best!Kid-friendliness: Everyone loves kids!
Manager is horrible little Spanish lady gives attitude for no reason. COMPLAINED OF THE GARBAGE OUTSIDE AND SAID THE COMPANY NEXT DOOR HAS SOMEONE TO CLEAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BUSINESS. The staff is wonderful and friendly however the new owners absolutely suck a**. They skimp on EVERYTHING. The donuts don't even fit in the boxes anymore to the point where they might as well make a smaller box. There's never really any frosting on them anymore anyways. My matchas now taste like water and if you ask for lite ice guess what?? YOU GET EXTRA!

Absolutely horrible! Before you even walk in the door, you have to be careful not to walk into the homeless ? in the way. Then, when you enter, it feels like a homeless shelter. And after all of that, the donuts are even baked on site anymore. They sold me some of the worst donuts ever! Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this location.
